I am very upset at what Cascade Complete has done to my cookware! Anything aluminum has no finish anymore (dull and strange looking), or it is a mottled black. My black silicone spatulas have a powdery white finish when they come out of the dishwasher. Another problem is my drinking glasses made from recycled pop bottles no longer have any writing on them...everything has been eaten, or etched off. I don't see that anything has been accomplished by changing the formula. I have always used Cascade, but I won't be buying this particular product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to use the powdery tabs (another brand), but they sometimes got stuck in the dispenser and I had to re-run the load. I like the gel-packs because they always dissolve. These clean dishes well!

We have always been pleased with Cascade products until we tried "Cascade Complete". Since using this product for the first time we have found that our glassware comes through the wash with a film on it. We need to wash the water glasses again by hand before using them for visitors. This has never happened with other Cascade dishwasher cleaners. Is there some reason for this? Did we just buy a product that had a problem in manufacturing? [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even after days of dishes sitting in the dishwasher, with some food and grease residue, I have NO worries at the end of the wash that the are going to come out looking as good as before they were used.

I have been using your product for several years with no complaints - I noted that your packaging has recently changed, no biggie, but the product itself has changed as well and not for the better. It worked fine before but now with the new packaging comes a product that leaves residue on EVERYTHING.. not at all a happy customer any longer!

It also left a clean scent in our tiny kitchen while the dishwasher was running. We didn't need a spot rinse either. We just purchased a package of Platinum with Clorox, so we will compare the 2. since the removal of the phosphate we now have all of our dishes coming out of the diswasher with a white film on them and we have to rinse them to get it off. We have used your product for years and years and are so sad that this is now happening... T Are you fixing the problem ?????????

You just have to make sure you dry the tray before putting them in, as the directions state, so they have a chance to do there magic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the Platinum Power Pacs with the Grease Fighting Power of Dawn. It's strong enough to power thru the hardwater we have here. Nothing else has been able to do that. I was so tired of having to rewash my dishes as I took them out of the dishwasher. Now with these Power Pacs I run the sihwasher and everything comes out sparkling clean the first time.
