Best product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we bought our house a few years ago we were lucky enough to have a dish washer... which growing up I never had. Being new to the dish washer scene I thought any brand would work so I tried the cheapest (bad idea) I should have just tried Cascade first. Once we did we were hooked! These work so well in our dishwasher. We won't use anything but the Cascade Platinum from now on!

bring back the phosphates

I fill run my dishwasher every other day (I live alone) and anyhting with egg or peanut butter willl never come clean. There is always some slight residue on the knives, forks, and plates. Also, tea stains, lipstick, and protein drinks do not come off. I have had the repairman out to check water temperature and everything is fine. He mentioned thast phosphates had been removed from all dishwashing detergents...but bring them back. Yesterday I emptied the dishwasher and had to hand wash at least half of the contents. UGH!!!

leaves the dishes the cleanest of cleans

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so easy to use and the results are always "spot NOT on"! I've tried them all and have been so disappointed that I did. Overtime I went back to Cascade Platinum, so no more trying others...I am sticking to the BEST

CASCADE COMPLETE

After purchasing a new dish washer, we used the "recommended" detergent whick did not clean and left a white residue within the washer. We tried four other manufacture's detergent and got the same results. We then tried Cascade Complete and are completely satisfied. Clean dishes and no residue. Thank you Procter & Gamble for a wonderful product!

Cascade complete leaves my glasses spotless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Cascade for several years in my dishwasher, and have tried other brands (to save money), only to find out my dishes and glasses didn't get as clean. When Cascade complete came out, i tried it and find out not only are my dishes cleaner, there are no spots on my glasses.

Great Find

I just tried the Cascade all in one packs, I love them, every other produt I have used so far have left some residue, I thought I would have to always rinse my dishes before I put them away, but then I tried the all in one packets, I haven't had to rinse one dish or plate so far. I'm thrilled.

Amazingly thorough clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have just finished using our 1st package of Cascade Platinum with Dawn. We were impressed at how the dishes came out after the 1st wash! It also left a clean scent in our tiny kitchen while the dishwasher was running. We didn't need a spot rinse either. We just purchased a package of Platinum with Clorox, so we will compare the 2. We have used Cascade 95% of the time since our dishwasher purchase 13 years ago. Cascade Fan

beyond clean

Cascade all in one is the only dish detergent that even comes remotely close to working. This product does exactly what the label says it does. I have tried every dish soap on the market and cascade is the only one that CLEANS,SHINES AND DRIES MY DISHES. MY GLASSES COME OUT CRYSTAL CLEAR WHERE OTHER BRANDS LEAVE A CLOUDY FILM ON THEM.TRY IT YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

Horrible scent is overpowering

Cascade Pacs with Gain cleaned my dishes but ruined them and my dishwasher with the strong fragrance. I have switched to an unscented product, but many cycles later the stench of Gain remains. Any tips on how to remove that odor? For years I used Cascade powder with fine results, but after this fiasco with the Gain Pacs, I am afraid to use any Cascade product. Why doesn't P&G make an unscented dishwasher detergent? Believe me, it would be popular!

Bad Formula Change

For years we've been purchasing Cascade Completed specifically because it had phosphates and not bleach. It was a great product that I recommend to friends and they thought it was great too! Today I go to the store and notice that Cascade Complete has Bleach and no Phosphates. What? I come on this site to see what was up and now see you say State and Federal regulations restrict the use of Phosphates in dishwasher detergent. It appears Phosphates is just a problem in Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. I don't live in any of those states. Why can't you keep the good old formula in the other states? For now, since your formula is now like all others (you have bleach and no phosphates) there is not need to pay the premium (that I used to happily pay), and will look for another product that still has phosphates or will get “whatever's on sale”. If you ever decide to sell the old formula again I would be happy to purchase it. Also, since this was such a big change in your product you should have changed the name of you product to something like Eco Friendly but Won't Clean Your Dishes and Will Etch your Glassware cleaner.
