I recently purchased your powder Cascade with Dawn fighting power, I opted due to the appeal of Dawn even though it was more expensive than what I usually buy. After one use I immediately returned this product. Every item in my dishwasher was covered in a very thick white film, and I have not been able to remove it even a dozen more times using my always reliable Finish. Along with scrubbing the items by hand with a sponge. Cherished dishes that were handed down to me from my late Great Grandmother are ruined. I have even had to take my dishwasher completely apart in hopes of removing the damage, sadly its all been done in vein. The UPC code for this box was: 0-37000-34041-6

I have never complained about a product but this is ridiculous. I am five washes into my 48 pack of Cascade Complete Action Pacs. I have always used Cascade pacs and for some reason this particular type WILL NOT DISSOLVE in my dishwasher. I am fed up!! I will never buy these again! They are ridiculously expensive and DO NOT WORK!!

I have always gone back to Cascade whenever I've tried another brand. The complete packets are absolutely the best. My dishes always come out clean with no residue from water stains and no rinse agent is used(it stinks and makes me food taste funny). I highly recommend this product especially for people with older dishwashers that don't have the hottest water. The powder tends to disappear much better compared to other brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using many different types of detergents and methods attempting (unsuccessfully) to keep our dishes from building up residue, I finally heard about this product and figured it wouldn't hurt to try at that point. We were shocked at the result--completely clean dishes and not a spot of residue! We're completely in love with this product and will keep using it as long as P&G produces it.

I have always been a bargain shopper and usually used whatever generic store brand that was available. After swapping around all the cheaper brands I dug deep into my pocket and bought the pk of 10...just in case I wasn't happy. I could not believe that my dishes were clean! No more greasy film, no more stuck on food and most of all no residue of left over detergent!!! I bought these and haven't turned back. Thank you Cascade for making such a wonderful product that really isn't that expensive!

I was unsure of what to buy until I saw this product on the shelf. I remembered it from using it growing up. I was thrilled that it worked on my dishes exactly how I remembered it....not only clean and fresh but i don't have to worry about scrubbing my dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried other brands and DIY your own dishwasher detergent and this is by far the best, my dishes are always clean and I don't have to worry about my inexpensive dishwasher getting dishes clean because my Cascade will. Much cheaper because I don't have to worry about my dishwasher getting plugged or my dishes not getting clean the 1st time.

I stumbled upon these little pods while shopping and decided to try them out. Honestly, the name "platinum" caught my eye. And I was super amazed at how well it CLEANS! I can put stuck on stuff and it leaves my dish sparkling. Highly recommend!
