I bought the Cascade ActionPacs for the first time because the store didn't have the brand that I usually buy. What a mistake!! I used it ONCE and all the dishes and flatware were AWFUL!! There was a white, chalky film on everything. The plastic ware was the worst! The flatware was tarnished as if the finish was taken off. Some utensils, the film couldn't be removed and are ruined. I feel that the company owes me a new set of flatware! I've used other products now and then and have never had this problem. Buyer Beware!!!

I do not like the phosphate free formula. I've used Cascade products for decades. I've been using dishwashers since 1978 and never needed a rinse agent. I thought perhaps purchasing a rinse agent might help w/the finish. I don't know what consumers will do. What do we do. Had I known that the formula would change. I would have bought a few years supply of the old formula. Don't know what product to use. I guess I'll have to use my dishwasher for storage.

I was looking at dishwasher after the dishes were clean and the door and bottom always had a funny color to them some what orange or pink, then I knew although dishes were clean it stained my door and bottom although not dishes. When I swithched to liguid, powder or the bags with blue I never had that problem again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best new cascade product. I love how well it cleans the tough baked on foods but it is still gentle enough to wash my nicer crystal glasses. I will never use anything but cascade products. I always have and I always will!

I tried many products and was getting tired of washing my glasses after running them in my dishwasher. I received a sample of cascade platinum and was amazed how clean my glasses came out. It may cost a little more, but it's worth not having to wash my dishes before and after I run them in the dishwasher.

I purchased two 155oz bottles of Cascade with Dawn, and have finally poured the first of the two bottles down the drain! I have adjusted my dishwasher settings, shaken and shaken the cascade, tried everything I could think of in an attempt to get a clean load of dishes. In draining the bottle I found large white clumps of what was probably the soap in the bottom. This product used the Dawn name to snag the sale....but you would be better off using straight Dawn and washing the dishes by hand.

I tried switching to a couple of different products, but still the lip balm remained. Then I tried Cascade Platinum and no more problems at all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have an older (20+) dishwsher and we do not run it every day so food or films could dry before getting washed. We used to use the cheaper store brands but tried Cascade Complete pacs. They made all the difference in the world!!! Our dishes were much cleaner, no longer have to rewash numerous items because they did not get clean. Saving those few cents did not save us in the long run and now Cascade is all we buy.

This product is really great. I like it a lot. I think it works better than anything else on the market. Never before have my dishes been so wonderful. Try this; you will be glad you did.

I was hand-washing all my dishes because using TWO pacs of my old brand in the dishwasher didn't get them clean. Our water is so hard here in Columbia MO! I save money buying your best product over buying twice as much bargain brand! I tell everyone I know to get these pacs.
