I really like not having to measure the amount of dishwasher detergent, and I especially like the fact that this product is the best one that I have ever used in my dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade Complete pacs are wonderful. The packets are so convenient. You just throw a premeasured packet into the dishwasher and turn it on. It does a fantastic job getting dishes spotless. I would definitely buy this product again.

I wasn't skeptical at first but got brave and left food on, did not rinse the plates, silverware and pots and everything came out clean. Even my dishwasher remains clean. Glad I tried it.

For 40 years I've use cascade and found it to be a great product. Recently I started using action packs and now any cup that is had tea and it is left with brown stain after washing. I even tried two packs and got the same result, brown stains left in the teacups. I'm stuck with half a large container of this.

Well, yes, the Action Pacs *really* clean, even stuck-on, yucky casserole dishes. BUT, and this is a big but, the color on 3 of my favorite coffee mugs has started coming off since I started using Action Pacs. The 1st time it happened, I thought it was coincidence, the 2nd time I started to wonder, the 3rd time I realized it must be the action pacs. Now these were all coffee mugs with great sentimental value.....

I usually need to soak pots and pans before loading them into the dishwasher. I decided I would really test these babies out, so I put a horrendously dirty casserole dish with tons of stuck-on food into the dishwasher. It came out sparkling clean! I was shocked. I'm guessing it's the Dawn, but WOW! It was almost like I had a brand-new dishwasher again!

They are no problems with the way the dishes dry which is a nice bonus.

More detergent gave us grimy plates, rinse aid gave us a soapy taste and after 3 years we made plans to buy a new washer. Then I tried cascade platinum! Our cups come out clean, the dishwasher looks clean, and the packs are so convenient I never feel like I'm wasting a wash.

After all....what is the purpose of a dishwasher if you have to clean them before you use it?!
