I have used Cascade dishwashing detergent for over 40 years. It is the best I have ever used in getting my dishes sparkling clean. The fresh scent isn't so strong so it doesn't overwhelm you. The individual packets make it so easy to put soap in the dishwasher and it isn't messy. I have tried other detergents but I always go back to my Cascade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use Cascade Complete in combination with Cascade Rinse Aid. The cleaning performance, even in my extremely hard water, is superb! The real test of effectiveness is my clear glass stemware, which goes into my dishwasher with any combination of dried wine, greasy or encrusted food and lipstick inside and out. They come out clear and spotless every time! I have not tried Cascade Platinum, simply because I cannot imagine getting better performance than I have with the combination of Cascade Complete and Cascade Rinse Aid. I purchase Cascade Complete in bulk, and it is absolutely worth the few pennies per dishwasher load that it costs over the 'bargain' brand. Kudos, P&G!

My over 10 year old dishwasher cleans dishes just like a new dishwasher when I use the Platinum. I am so pleased with it. Even though it costs a bit more, it is well worth it.

I have to admit that I was very skeptical when I first bought Cascade Platinum. I have always been a bargain hunter so I always steered towards cheaper products, however, from the very first time I used it I IMMEDIATELY saw a difference with my dishes and my dishwasher. Every time I used it everything came out so clean. I have recommended Cascade to all of my friends and they have been astonished as well. I will never switch to any other product, its so worth every penny!!

My wife and I used to use other detergents including other packets but our dishes always seemed to be cloudy or would have to be washed a second time. Since we started using Cascade action packs with Dawn all of our cloudy dishes have become crystal clear on the first wash and I have yet to have to wash a dish more than once to get it clean. Would definitely recommend this product to everyone.

There are many detergents out there, and most clean well. However, some etch glass, leaving that foggy look on them. The one thing I can say about Cascade is that it tends not to do that Also, these tablets are only needed in the main cup of your washer, unlike some powders and gels that recommend having to fill up BOTH cups. If you do the math to figure out values, you'd have to cut your uses in half with a powder/gel that requires both cups to be filled. Overall, I am satisfied.

i have been using the Cascade platinum for almost a year and I will never put anything else in my dishwasher. I had ran out of dishwasher soap and ask to borrow some of my mom's Finish and after using hers for a few washes I went to the store and got my Cascade. My dishwasher is clean and all of my dishes come out sparkling. There is no residue or spots. I love my cascade platinum and will only use it.

In my eyes there is not a better product to cut grease and food. I am a very loyal purchaser. Excellent product!

Even my husband had to admit that Cascade ActionPacs outperform the "bargain" brand that we used to buy. It's no bargain to wash my dishes, pots, and pans before loading the dishwasher.
