[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We go through a lot of dishes in a day at my house. The dishwasher gets load, the delay start set and it never fails, one of the little people pushes a button and the delay start is canceled and the dishes sit waiting for someone to realize they never got clean. We start the dishwasher up and anything that has dried on comes right off.

Have been using Cascade for many years and have been generally happy. By accident, picked up Cascade Complete gel packs with the power of Dawn, Fresh Scent. On the first use, the dishwasher and dishes smelled like bug spray. The remainder will be tossed. I will be trying other products.

I purchased the Cascade Complete packs to try for the first time. Some of the packs are stuck together and when you try to separate them they get little holes in them and the gel squirts out. I'm not sure if they got hot when they were shipped to the store or if this is a common problem. I wonder if they could be packaged any different to avoid this, without increasing the cost of them. I usually like Cascade products so I MAY would try this product one more time to see if all the packs have this problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually use the gel version of dishwashing detergent because the powdered kind would leave residue on everything. I received a sample of 2 Cascade complete packs a couple of weeks ago and I am now in LOVE with this product. There is no need to pre-rinse or anything like that. Not only does it not leave any residue on my dishes, it also doesn't leave it in the dishwaher itself! I believe I will be purchasing these from now on!

The last time I used cascade I was getting a white film on all my dishes silverware, so I changed to another product and I donnot get film on dishes anymore someone told me that cascade removed one of their ingredients from their product is this true

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Cascade platinum powder for years and loved it. My daughter convinced me to try the platinum actionpacs. I will never go back to powder again. I only run the dishwasher every 2 or 3 days, so the food has a good amount of time to stick to the dishes. The actionpacs have no problem cutting through the dried on food. This is a fantastic product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Finish tabs for years but finally decided to give Cascade Platinum a try. I'm so glad I did! My dishwasher is several years old and doesn't clean like it used to, but using these little packs means less pre-wash scrubbing!

Pop one in, start machine, and forget it! No residual gel or powder left behind, like a lot of other products do! These Actionpacs are so much easier and more convenient. No spills, no mess, no guessing how many loads left, like with powder or gel. Is great to know exactly how many loads you have left, by how many Actionpacs you have!

I most recently purchased this product shortly after getting a new dishwasher. I thought that it was the dishwasher, but after switching to liquid, I no longer have this problem. All glasses come out of the dishwasher looking filthy, with white powdering film on them. When re-washing by hand, I had to soak them for an hour to get the white film off of the glasses. My mother had a smilar problem with this product.
