Before I started using Cascade Platinum Action Pacs my dishes didn't get clean and the dishwasher had a terrible odor when i opened the door. I am so much more happier with this great product.

i tried everything for our brand new dishwasher ..nothing worked. Our dishes remained dirty!! We were gona call for repairs or upgrade to somthing more expensive..thinking that because it was a cheaper model. We tried the All-In-1 and it was the magic cure. We are so happy and now our dishes are cleaner than ever and our glasses sparkle!!!!!

I love the idea of no spots and how great it takes out the tough stains. I love the fresh smell my dishwasher is when I open it and knowing that my dishes will be clean. I told some of my friends and they now started using it too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like Cascade, however, the Cascade Platinum is the one that cleans the dishes the best. The other Cascade products do not clean as well, sometimes leaving a film. When we use Cascade Platinum and the Cascade Rinse Aid there is NO film and clean/sparkling dishes!

I was very disappointed in the cleaning and shine of this product. We live in a hard water area and that is our challenge. The cleaning was average, dishes were clean but the silverware was all darkened and spotted/blotchy -- horrible. Sorry -- we have used Cascade for years but in combination with a product called "glass magic" to help remove hard water influence -- we hoped this Cascade would be good alone -- it wasn't.

I recently purchased a 20.3 oz. package of Cascade Action Pacs with Shine Shield. They look fine in the package but they do not disolve in the dishwasher. The gel portion comes out looking fried and the detergent part is solid. The dishes are not clean, of course. At first I thought it may be my dishwasher but the holder is open like is suppossed to. I tried several more pacs and they all did the same. I will buy another brand from now on.

I've been using the different Cascade powders for decades & have been very pleased until they changed their formula. This phosphate free formula has ruined my glassware & all my metal bakeware. My glassware comes out with a white film & my metal bakeware is tarnished. In order to avoid this, I have to do these by hand. The point of having a dishwasher is to save time & money........with this phosphate free formula, it's not happening! I gave it a 2 star rating because my dishes still come out clean.

I don't rinse my dishes and I only run the dishwasher about every 3 days so dishes get to sit awhile and they still come out spotless. I recommend it to everyone!! My dishwasher is very old and Cascade Platinum keeps it running!!
