With the ActionPacs, I don't need to worry about measuring out the detergent or making a mess with the liquid/gels. Very convenient & the actionpacs do an amazing job thoroughly cleaning our dishes. I love them and would definitely recommend the Platinum ActionPacs to my family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some dishwasher pacs leave a residue so I am pleased that Cascade gives me a no residue no ghost film no sticky clean, whether on the china or regular setting. With Cascade Rinse Aide, I do not have water cloudy spots on my plastic containers even when I air dry! My only complaint is that sometimes my glasses do not smell fresh and clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using the cascade packets over a year ago. My dishes came clean every time and my dishwasher stayed cleaner. One month I bought a much cheaper brand and it wouldn't even dissolve in my dishwasher. I went back to the cascade and threw the other in the garbage.

First of all, these packets do not fit in my KitchenAid dishwasher's detergent dispenser. I have to step on them to mash them flat enough to fit and sometimes they split open. The dishes do not get clean, especially the stainless steel flatware. The glasses are cloudy and often need handwashing after they come out of the dishwasher. I have to inspect each dish individually before putting them in the cabinet. I use hot water when washing and no other detergent has offered such a poor job of cleaning. Very disappointed.

i love love love platinum for so many reasons my dishes come out great and i dont have to rinse them i love alone so i only run the dishwasher once a week the inside of my dish washer is so clean and i love the smell when the dishwasher is running i will never use anything else unless it is yours with gain best stuff ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't tell you how many family fights occurred over the dirty dishes that came out of our dishwasher. My husband would insist that our teenager wasn't rinsing the dishes before putting the in the dishwasher and my arguing that we just didn't buy the best dishwasher. FINALLY the fight is over!! This is the first dishwasher detergent that CLEANS our dishes fully. No left over food residue in the corners of the casseroles, no scum on the glasses, just clean dishes and a happy family. My husband and I are elderly so we don't have big meals anymore. This means that the dishwasher doesn't get used every day. I used to have to be sure the dishes were rinsed so thoroughly that I figured I might just as well hand wash them. What a delightful surpise when I found that the action pacs removed all dried on food so beautifully. Love the product!

We are very happy with the results and usually we aren't great with rinsing the dishes before we put them in the dishwasher, but that isn't a problem with this product. We highly recommend.

I had not been happy using other dish washing products. One made my dishes smell funny. Others left spots on the glasses and silverware. Last night I tried your Cascade for the first time. We had Thanksgiving dinner here and the dishwasher was fully loaded! Wine glasses, dinner plates, pots, serving bowls and platters. It was an excellent test for your product. Everything was clean, dry, no spots or smell. I have a third rack in the dishwasher for large knives, BBQ tongs, large serving utensils but they have never really gotten clean until last night! It's too bad I hadn't tried your Cascade before but I will from now on. I'm Impressed!
