[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Cascade for years but was really thrilled when they started making the packs. It is just so easy and convenient to plop one in and turn on the dishwasher and forget it, since you know your dishes will be clean when it is finished!

Cascade with Dawn actionpacs do not remove food stains from dishes even when the dishes are rinsed first. This product should be removed from store shelves as it just wastes a dishwasher cycle and requires the purchaser to wash the dishes by hand, only this time, they must be scrubbed as the food stains are baked on.

I have only and always used Cascade in my dishwasher. This new formulation is the pits and I do not understand how you are getting ANY favorable reviews. i, too, thought something was wrong with my dishwasher. Now I am afraid of what that unseen but present residue is doing to my family. The plates have a rough finish on them, the inside of my dishwasher is white, and my pyrex measuring cups are unusable. I am now hand washing everything and am not sure what to buy next. I am not interested in experimenting with such a frequently used product...FRUSTRATED! CLOUDY IN JACKSONVILLE...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We tried this product and agree that it is very convenient, just pop one in and push the button. However, maybe we are just a bit old fashioned, but we actually prefer the powder in the box. Also, power is less costly that these cute little convenient packs. These packs are convenient to take along when we go to our fully functioning kitchen time share. We don't have to haul a box of powder, just a few pacs.

We have been using Cascade for a very long time. We recently bought the Cascade with Dawn, powder. Every item in the dishwasher was left with a milky-white residue. I rewashed and the result was the same. I washed everything by hand with dishwashing liquid and added a little bleach. Voila!!! I realize that this "no phosphates" deal is an environmental, green thing but, if a product doesn't work, it should be off the market. What's the point? It is evident that there are many people as disappointed as I am. You have a loyal customer base, don't ruin it. As for myself, I will not be buying this product anymore and will not recommend it to anyone I know. Sorry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the BEST we've ever used. Of any brand and of any type, this is the best. Even better than the standard Cascade Liquid. No more spotty glasses or white residue anywhere. And so much neater, too!

Nothing cleans like these things do. Who has time to rinse dishes beforehand or re-clean them after? You don't have to with these. They get the dishes spotless clean no matter how much food is on them. I've used lots of dishwater soap and always go back to these. They are the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is all I need to get my dishes and utensils sparkling clean! No more pre-washing, no more scraping, no more hoping that I'll take clean dishes out of the dishwasher. I know I will, every time. Thanks!

I thought I was going crazy and needed to buy a new dishwasher AGAIN. My dishes look and feel filmy, the glasses are cloudy. I have always used the Cascade product with excellent results. But in researching this morning dishwasher film, I see that there was a product change in 2010. Now it all makes sense! I will try the Rinse Aid plus and other suggestions but maybe just need to go back to hand washing instead of continually buying additional "products" to get my dishes clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Cascade Platinum. I might buy bargain or house brands of other things, but I have learned that Cascade Platinum is the only thing that really cleans my dishes. I will not buy anything else. Love it!
