I had quit buying Cascade (complete/powder or gel) because of two things: it clumps (either form) in the dispenser, and will not dispense. My dishes are coated with un-rinsed product. AND it doen't matter whether I directly squirt the recommended rinse agent into the bottom of the machine PLUS adding it to its own designated dispenser or not. Something has drastically changed about your dishwashing detergent, and I switched to another brand. The other day, I was forced to purchase Cascade Complete, and DO I REGRET not just driving the extra 5 miles to get the other brand. Your product is a poor excuse for a detergent.

I now do all glassware by hand. Cascade, a product that I have used for years, no longer cleans glassware to a sparkling finish. Rather it leaves a disgusting white film on all the glassware. I would not recommend this or any other phosphate free detergent for your dishwasher. Waste of time and money. I'm going back to washing dishes by hand so I can waste a ton of water.

It even leaves the dishwasher a little cleaner and a bit more sparkly! The results were truly amazing: sparkling glassware, my flatwares were mirror-like (there were no spots), nd my plates and bowls were perfectly clean. I really wasn't expecting this. THIS is much better. Works exceedingly well.

I always used "bargain brand" dishwasher detergent. And it worked well....I thought. We moved into a different house. I thought there was something wrong with the dishwasher. It was the detergent. I purchased Cascade and I almost cried with joy! My dishes actually shined. All the stains came out of my coffee and tea cups. NEVER again will I use the "bargain brands" again. Cascade is the best!!! I should have known better my Grandmother always used Cascade and now I will NEVER use any other dishwasher detergent. It's Cascade for me and my family forever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is hard to imagine not having to rinse dishes before they go in the dishwasher, but you really don't need to. I run my dishwasher about twice a week and my dishes come out food and spot free. And you don't need a rinse agent. Cascade Platinum Pacs are the only dishwasher detergent I will use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have very hard water. I found another product that worked better (Finish). Finish still wasn't perfect. Then someone recommended a bosster product, Lemi-Shine. The Finish and the Lemi-Shone together do the job. I might find that if I went back to Cascade and combined it with Lemi-Shine, I would have good results. But I am now used to using Finish.

That's not a problem at all with this Cascade, my dishes come out sparkling clean and no residue. Would definitely recommend this to anybody!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always been a big cascade fan and have never used any other product in my dishwasher ever... but with these new power pacs.. wow what a difference... we recently purchased a more energy efficient dishwasher and I was concerned re: the amount of water that it stated it uses in a full cycle that my dishes wouldn't come clean, as a lot of my friends told me to be aware that this might be an issue. No problem for CASCADE Power Pacs. We switched from cascade gel to the power pacs as that was the recommendation from the dishwasher manufacturer and let me tell you... the Power Pacs delivered the goods. My dishes came out more sparkling and my silverware never have any kind of residue or sticky anything on them. If you are looking for a product that delivers... look no further.. as CASCADE Platinum PACS will definitely deliver you some awesome kind of clean.

Ever since I have started using the Cascade Complete with gel, I have been getting stains on my stainless flatware and cooking utensils. I liked the old solid with rinse better. My dishes were clean and had no stains on my stainless flatware and cooking utensils. By the way, I have not been able to remove the stains. I really hate that. Godisgreat
