I bought the Cascade ActionPacs (citrus scent) and was disappointed in them. I apparently got a bag that had "weak" gel pacs. After about 6 washes, there were some pouches that opened inside the bag. Now with only 5 pouches left, I am finding that 2 of them are full... the rest have missing "cleaners" which are collecting on the bottom of the bag. YUCK!! Also, there was no "citrus" smell at all when the dishes were being cleaned and/or rinsed.

After working in the food service industry for many years, I know how important for the bottom line a portion size can be. recently I realized that by using gel or powder and adding it myself, I tended to not measure...and was going through a LOT of cascade. Although the portion packs are a little more expensive, I save in the long run....by being portioned. Same principle!

My dishwasher has been leaving a residue on my dishes. I thought it was the dishwasher and was told that the phosphates have been removed from all dishwasher detergents per government request. I don't know if this is true but your products no longer work in my dishwasher and I feel if you remove a working ingredient from a product you should let the consumer know. What do you suggest I do? [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical to try these because they are expensive, but are they awesome! Everything always comes out clean the first time. Told my mom and she too loves them. Wish they would have coupons more often or lower the price.

I changed to Cascade Complete because Consumer Reports rated it as the best. Overall I am quite pleased, as my glasses don't have their typical foggy look, but recently I am noticing the smell that remains on my plastic containers. I don't want to use my water bottles because of the chemically soapy smell. Help. Will a repeat rinse help?

I have an older model dish washer that use to leave things only semi clean but now they come out spotless. I am very happy with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the way the Cascade Complete performed on the dishes that sat for 3 days before my husband remembered to turn the dishwasher on while I was away. He ALMOST got away with it as there was no evidence left on the dishes of the dried on food and gook, but our daughter ratted him out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We washed dishwasher safe bottles on the top rack and found that this detergent left an odd smell in them. After having water in the bottles we found the water would taste very strange after a few hours. I stopped using it.
