[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product did exactly as advertised. I do not have to pre-wash and it leaves everything squeaky clean. My husband picked up a different brand one day at the store and you could really tell a difference. The other brand left the dishes foggy and seemed unclean. Just sealed the deal even more on Cascade Platinum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to give this product a try even though I wasn't sure if it would "melt" all the way so the soap would get to all of the dishes, would they get clean enough? I am SO GLAD that I gave Cascade Complete Action Packs a try! They are so quick and easy to use! And my dishes came out sparkling! And no mess like with the liquids or powders. I am very happy with this product and it will be the only dishwashing soap that I'll use from now on. :)

I got tired of fighting with liquids and powders, this is a throw it in, shut the washer and go. The only thing it doesn't clean is the cat hair out of the drain!

Our dishwasher tank which is plastic developed brownish spots staining the inside of the tank. Thought trhis may be iron stains in water supply, but this has never happened ever since we have lived here since 1978 more than 36 years. Went back to using FINISH.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved how the Cascade Complete left my dishes impeccably clean (no rewashing to remove left on residue) and how it also left my dishwasher smelling fresh. I have always been a little biased when it comes to Dawn so I knew that I would like the action packs before even trying them and I was definitly not disappointed! They are a little pricier than some of the other options, but you really get what you pay for.

It didn't matter if I used gel packs, liquid gel (that's the worst) or the Platinum. I noticed that just about everyone I know has been using Finish. I switched to Finish & don't seem to have those problems.
