After reading your agreement, I see you onlly want positive reviews on here. I am sorry, but I cannot give a positive review about a product that has all but ruined my dishwasher. It was a beautiful stainless steel interior, but now looks like someone as ground powder into it. I cannot even clean it with bathroom cleaner and make it shine again. My dishes are just about as clean. Your video mentioned washing by hand to take care of this problem. Well, DUH, why do I have a dishwasher? I have used Cascade for many years but am thoroughly disappointed with your "wonderful" new formula.

I have an older dishwasher and find my glasses used to ALWAYS have particals of food in them.Then I finally tried Cascade, I have never been more satisfied with a cleaning product. Cascade Complete works so good I tell the strangers I see trying to decide which one to buy...So I tell them how well it works wih my "antique" dishwasher and BAM thy put down the palmolive and buy thecascde complete. It is a little more expensive, but after I would have to re-wash and re-run my dishwasher it turns out to be less expensive. I'd reccomend this produnt to the POPE!!!!!

Cascade Platinum may cost more per use but its a product I can totally depend on. Wash after wash ALL my dishes come clean. I've tried other brands of dishwasher tabs from Sam's and as much as I'd like to save money they just don't work as well. Either they leave a film on my glasses or simply don't clean the dishes perfectly every time like Cascade does. This seems to be a case of "you get what you pay for".

Cascade before the formula change was always the detergent to use in our hard water with great results. I couldn't be detered from using Cascade. After the formula change, results were not great, but for a while were okay. Now there is a rough finish to all of my dishes. Please put a warning to users with hard water that the water temperature, extra detergent, and rinse aid do not overcome the problem of rough finishes on dishes that now occur with the use of the new formula Cascade with DAWN. I can not stand to eat from my dishes now, I am hand washing and scrubbing all eating surface items as of today. We need a better solution for hard water areas, but it is not Cascade dish detergent!

As a long time customer of Cascade, I tried the gel pacs expecting the same quality of product I have experienced with other Cascade products. I was completely disappointed. My dishes were not only covered in a powdery film, they were still dirty. I will never purchase this product again. Big waste of money!

For many of those years it was the powder but now I always use the action packs as I love the convenience & the "complete package" concept of the product. My dishes are always clean and my glassware is free of spots and streaks.

Your product became the worst nightmare in my house. After using it for more than 10 years I will switch to a better product. you are probably cutting corners and trying to sell more for less, FROZEN yougurt is the new name, won't come out and usually waste 25% of the product. Is that the idea????waste and buy more? You can keep your FROZEN soap and try it...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used many many other dish washing products over the years (30+); I find Cascade the best product by far. I really like the pacs for the over all convenience of being mess free. The only down fall to the pacs, if you leave the lid to the container open and you live in an area (farm, woods etc.) where there are mice, the mice seem to also love Cascade pacs. My advise to everyone be sure to keep the lid securely closed to avoid little visitors. Sincerely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cascade packs with the power of dawn have a fresh scent and leave no streaks or spots on anything....not silverware, glasses, baking dishes...nothing!! I love them and would not use anything else.

I like the product and how it cleans the dishes but I can not take the "Fresh" scent my whole dishwasher smells. When I bring storage containers to work with food everything taste like the "Fresh" scent of the dishwasher packet. I would recommend Cascade just not the scent versions. I now have to figure out how to get the smell our of my dishwasher and storage containers.
