[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a retired disabled Vet and the only man in the house. Sence I'm the one home I do most of the shopping. I have always used Cascade in my dishwashers and now that I have a old and cheap dishwasher I use Cascade Complete with Dawn. Even in my outdated dishwasher and extremely hard water my dishes come out clean and brite. All I can say is Thank you for the help Cascade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a piece that keeps breaking off in my dishwasher. It spins the water around and I always fear the dishes will not get clean. I have been using Cascade Platinum and when I check my dishes they are clean!!!!!

I usually purchase the Cascade liquid but I had a coupon for the Cascade Complete All-in-1 Action Pacs so I tried them. Now that I have tried them I love them. You just put 1 action pack in the dishwasher and that's it! No measuring, no mess, just really clean dishes. It is so simple and my glasses and dishes come out really clean. Even if some food particles were still on them while loading the dishwasher, it still made them come out very clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used plenty of other products claiming to do a cleaning job that was obviously beyond their claim. That is not the case with Cascade Platinum Pacs, they always perform and deliver cleaner dishes, pans and especially glasses (shiny and new looking). I never have to check for scraps or grease left on plates and pans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do love Cascade Complete and that's why I buy it by the bucket at my favorite discount warehouse! It is simply the best at cleaning your dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and any other items (vases, porceline bathroom toothbrush holders, cups, soap dishes, etc.,) until they are squeaky and sparkly! I simply can't get by without it as it works throughout the entire dishwashing cycle system, from pre-wash to final rinse, getting all my dishwasher items looking like new. I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied until it's sold by the barrel!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought Cascade Platinum on sale and with a coupon to see if it the high dollar brand really cleaned any better than the cheap stuff. The instructions said to skip the prewash and run a regular cycle. Just let Platinum do its job. It cleans everything better with my old machine. Plus I am actually saving money with Platinum. I use less detergent, less hot water, less energy.

I have used Cascade products for over 30 years. The Complete (and now Platinum) packets are the worst yet. They leave a cloudy film on all of my glassware. If I hand-wash them in a solution of vinegar and dish soap - no scrubbing - it comes off. I've never had to do this before. I, sadly, will no longer be a Cascade customer, but will be trying other products for cleaner solutions. I hope P&G takes this to heart and improves their products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm absolutely in love with these action packs. I have tried different varieties of action packs, but this one works the best. With regular dishwasher cleaning, these packs work like a charm even after a day (or two) for not turning on (forgetting to turn on) the dishwasher. I won't use any other detergent.

While watching television one day I saw a Finish commercial that alleged its product could get a baked on mess out of the lady's roasting pan. She claimed to have changed from Cascade because she wasn't satisfied with the product. Being loyal Cascade users, our family wanted to see if we could go a step further: I decided to see if I could get the dishes clean using COLD water. After loading the dishwasher with the usual greasy pots, pans and dishes, I popped in a Cascade Complete All-In-One Action Pak. All of the dishes came out sparkling clean, including the pots and pans - no remaining grease, food residue, or baked on spackle! It was great proving that Cascade has a product that trumped Finish. I'd love to make a commercial in which I challenge a Finish user with cold water. Let's see if the lady and her red dishes can go toe-to-toe on this test. Way to beat Finish to the finish line!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently moved to an area with EXTREMELY hard water. I had used regular Cascade gel previously, but in my new location, I kept getting a powdery residue after every cycle. I switched to the Platinum pacs and the change was immediate. Beautiful dishes every cycle.
