I was using a different dishwasher detergent and I always put my aluminum pans in the dishwasher. I used to use Cascade dishwashing detergent quite a few years ago and thought I would try it again. Two of my aluminum pans turned a spotted black and ruined the look of them. One of the pans the soap ruined was handed down to me from my mom (who is now deceased) and it was a favorite pan as it was a smaller size than the big cake pan, which is the other pan that turned a spotted black. The large cake pan was fairly new, but I had washed it several times in the dishwasher before I used Cascade in the dishwasher and ruined the pan. I just wanted you to know I am very displeased with your product and won't be using it again.

I bought this expensive product, and to say the least it is the worst dishwashing detergent I have every used. How would one feel if when you emptied your coffee cup(which you had drunk) and found a small capsule of this product in the cup???? I am telling everyone I know NOT TO USE THIS. I think it is dangerous. Also when I called the 800 number all I got was voice mail. You could not talk to a person, you are referred to this web site. What a bummer.

I thought what a great idea. But with ONE use the Ware-ever aluminum cook pots and pans turned from shiney to dark gray dinge. Pleae try this product on somehting you don't care about first to see if you get these terrible results also. The dishes and pans are clean, and my stainless steel dishwasher looks great in side (nice and clean) but aluminum pots and pans ruined. I have to send them to manufacturer to be cleaned and re-polished.

Cascade is not as good as it once was. When I wash glasses on the top of the dishwasher, there is always a residue remaining on the bottom of the glass. The glasses now always look dirty when removed from the washer. I was happy with the product for many years, but perhaps you have changed the formula and it is no longer as efective.

Our dishes came clean before, but didn't have the shine that we now get with this product. Before i was using a different name brand powder paired with a seperate rinse you add to the cycle. My husband picked up Cascade Platinum on a shopping trip and after using it, I won't be buying anything else. We love it and highly recommend it.

My husband and I decided to give the Cascade Complete's a try. We were tired of our dishes left with food caked on and having to run everything on pots and pans just to come out still dirty. The Cascade Complete's are a life savor. Every dish, every glass and every fork came out not even clean, but shiny and looking new! We will never again run our dishwasher without a Cascade Complete again!

Cascade complete powder is the best dishwasher product I have ever used. I used to use Finish when it was first out, but then I used Cascade and I never looked back. I no longer have to use a rinse product - there are no spots. I also have eliminated the pre-rinse. Please continue producing the powder. Thank you.

What most impressed me is the fact that it doesn't etch my glassed. I have never had a product that didn't ruin my glasses. It's funny how the little things make a lasting impression!
