Been using Cascade since the 1960's. Tried the new Finish as a one time free offer and was so disappointed. Left my dishwasher filthy. Came back to Cascade and will never leave again! The Complete is Superior in every way-no film, dishwasher absolutely free from soap scum and dishes sparkle. Absolutely recommend to anyone wanting the best performing dish detergent out there!

Also cleans inside the dishwasher and leaves a fresh scent. The pods are also easy to use and are less messy than powder or gel. The price is pretty comparable to other products and I usually have a store coupon that helps get a larger quantity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product! I don't need to pre wash or rinse my dishes. It has the power of Dawn detergent in it and it leaves my dishes the cleanest they have ever been. No spots either! I am very pleased with this product and would highly recommend this!

I thought this was going to be a good product; however I have discovered that if there is any moisture at all in the detergent dispenser in my dishwasher, the packs stick to the door of the dispenser and it won't open for the wash cycle. Many times I have opened my dishwasher to unload the clean dishes only to discover that the detergent was never used. I then have to re-run the wash cycle. It is too inconvenient to have to remember to dry out the compartment before putting in the detergent pack.

This is the best product I have found in the stores. I have tried other products, but this by far is the best. No more water spots and my glassware sparkle through and through. My plastic containers no longer have spots or have that greasy feeling that some products leave behind.

If you have struggled for years, as I have, with trying to clean a stainless steel coffee pot, well, try this stuff! 2 cycles with the pot on the bottom tray has taken about 80% of the coffee residue off. Couple more and it's new. Same on plastic coffee pot parts. Save the baking soda for baking and laundry!

I love my Cascade Platinum. My dishes are always clean and with 2 teenagers and a 10 yr. old plus 3 adults in the house we have a lot of dishes and a lot of them put in the dishwasher with dried on ( I'm not sure what) food. Thanks Cascade for all your products.
