Bought a large box 11.25 lbs of cascade powder. Used it twice and the plastic handle broke. Try picking up a really heavy huge box then tipping it over with just your hands. Not easy. The handle was genious. Too bad it broke. About the product itself: works fine.

As the population is getting older, and I'm one of those, we need more products to de-stress our lives. I love the action pacs because they are so easy to pop them into the diswasher - no mess or heavy lifting. What prompted me to try these was the fact that I had trouble opening the container. My dishes always come out sparkling - no need ever to rewash anything. Whoever thought of this came up with a great thing. Thankyou so much!!

I am so disappointed in this new Cascade Complete gel. I have been buying Cascade gel ever since it came out and I loved it. This new product is horrible. I've purchased two large bottles now, one with bleach and one without. Both bottles ran watery liquid with the first washes and now I can't get the remaining "slush" out, not even after shaking the bottle well first. My dishes now all have a film coating them and need to be rinsed before use. My stainless items are starting to pit and turn dark and spotted. I am not purchasing this item again until I know that the product works as it did before. This is ridiculous.

I'm now running my dishwasher for the 3rd time since I've had 2 run-throughs with cascade action pacs that didn't dissolve. I'm using a finish power ball this time!! This isn't the first time this has happened & I'm throwing away the 20+ action pacs I have left. That's lost money plus all the water I've wasted having to rerun the dishwasher each time this happens.

I am so highly impressed with how clean my dishes are I had to write this. My dishwasher is old but has never cleaned very well. That is until now! I think Cascade Complete is the best product to hit the market in ages. All the old buildup is gone from my dishes and I am totally amazed how clean they are. I think it is the best product P&G had ever made.

I had a coupon from Costco last month so I got two large boxes of Cascade All-In-One Action Packs; What a great product! We have always been a Cascade family, with six kids the dishwasher runs several hours a day. The liquid was fine but a little messy and we didn't know how much was enough, so we switched to the tablets which were handy but each tablet came in a little package so sometimes the kids did not mess with opening it and just left the dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Now with the All-In-One Action Packs we lift the hinged lid on the box, take one Pack and put it in the compartment, secure the door and turn on the dishwasher. It does a wonderful job on even dried up cheese and pasta sauce on plastic containers. It makes dish washing so easy the kids have stopped complaining about their turn to load the dishes! Thank you for making life easier!

I hate this product, I used it and I have alot of plastic I put in my dishwasher and when I went to unload it all of my plastic stuff was coated in a white film. I tried washing everything by hand to get the film off and everything is ruin. Thanks for costing me a bunch of extra money! DO NOT USE!

i am a single guy and i really have never liked doing dishes until i found the cascade action packs. instead of washing the dishes before i put them in the dishwasher, which never made sense to me, now i can just rinse them and let cascade do the rest. i had tried other brands as well as store brands before using cascade but they just didnt seem to do the job well enough, i usually had to run the washer twice and some times that wasnt good enough. now i have no plans to change ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With this Easy, Convenient Pac, my dishes, glasses, pots & pans always come out sparkling clean AND spotless! We will not use anything else. Platinum does it all! No need for Rinse Agent! NO need to pre-rinse! I love this product!
