When I moved into my new apartment it was the first time I had a dishwasher - at 60 years of age. I was so disappointed in how my dishes came out I had almost given up using this "convenience". I decided to try Platinum, even though it was more expensive, as a last resort. Could not be happier - No spots on my glasses. Everything sparkles. Using my dishwasher now with pleasure. Platinum was able to teach this old dog a new trick. Thank you.

I am old fashion and was still using the "powder from the box" dishwasher detergent. I finally made the switch to the Casacade All-in-one ActionPacs after seeing them in my sister's pantry. I am amazed at the ease and convenience of this new product and will continue to use them. I think they are absolutely wonderful. I just wanted to share how happy I am with the ActionPacs.

After the dishes and,silverware come out of my dishwasher I am always satisfied with the results. It had been years since I used one, so I tried a few different brands before I used Cascade Platinum - it's the only dishwasher detergent I will use - love that my dishes come out spotless - and no pre-rinse of dishes is needed.

I love Cascade and consider this a proven brand. I don't even try the other brands. I know this product will work every time. My only objection is packaging. I prefer the hard cake to the gel. With even the touch of the hand to a gel pack, the casing will melt. I use a flower vase to store the gel packs in my window box and they even stick to each other; causing the gel pack to melt. I have quite a mess near the end of the vase. With the hard cake I don't have this problem. The window box does not get sun so this is not the problem; it's the soft packaging the gel is in. Other than this, the produdct does perform.

I thought the previous products were great, but the Cascade Complete can't get any better. It is exactly what it says it is and I am amazed at how well it worked on some old bud vases of my grandmothers. They had not been used in probably 30 years and I filled the dishwasher with them and they were spotless inside and out. Now I am proud to put them out. All my dishes look great and I have started entertaining again. Thank you for your great products!!

My husband doesn't like the extra step of rinsing so he frequently puts items in the dishwasher without rinsing them first. Our dishes always come out spotless. We have never had a problem with the Platinum pacs. They smell wonderful and work well. Our dishwasher is going on 14 years old and the dishes, glasses and silverware still come out looking great even though the parts inside are starting to break.

What was I thinking not trying it before just because it was cheaper than the other brands, that it wouldn't work better? DUMMY ME! IT WORKED NOT ONLY BETTER BUT THE SPARKLE WAS INCREDIBLE. I WAS AMAZED AT MY BEAUTIFUL EXPENSIVE STEMWARE, NO STUCK ON FOOD, NO STICKY DISHES plus my dishwasher was clean smelling and wonderfully ready clean for the next load. When I opened the washer door I was met with a fresh scent, not a moldy old washer smell. It was such a nice change, even my husband commented on what had I done different that made the kitchen smell better when I went to load the dishes- does that sound like a guy? I will never change from Cascade & have the great savings is a bonus, also I often have to use only 1 instead of 2 for a full load. Believe me, I have tried them all as we have very hard water *& have to use a water softener with salt. I now have 28 converts to Cascade. Thanks Cascade!
