Don't know what I'm going to do with the other 19 packs that came in the box. What a waste of money. Now they want me to buy more cascade probuct to clean up my dishes from using their product. I think I would have been ahead to wash my dishes without any soap... When I called to complain they told me I have hard water and that's why it did that. Well, I don't think I have hard water but if I did they should put a flag on the package saying DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE HARD WATER.....

I hate washing dishes, and this prouduct saved me from many nights standing over the sink washing load of dishes. it cleans the food and all i at first didnt think it would work but it did the cascade all in one is a great product not hard at all to choose what im gonna be using for now on.

For a short time I couldn't find this product and was starting to panic! I live in Las Vegas, NV and our water is really HARD. I do not get that nasty film on my dishes washed with Cascade with Bleach. PLEASE don't stop making this product. I have a new LG dishwasher and only Cascade with Bleach works great in it. I don't have to pre-wash and I'm very satisfied with its performance. Thanks

I thought that detergent was detergent: no real difference between brands. I did appreciate the convenience of the pacs, but figured I could save some money by getting a generic version. Yikes, what a difference. It took me awhile to figure out, I thought maybe there was a problem with my dishwasher. I was having to hand wash many of my dishes after they came out of the dishwasher. And because money is an issue, I wasn't willing to throw out the remaining generic pacs, but I should have! Once I finally used them up and switched back to Cascade, my dishes and glasses are sparkly clean again. Who knew there would be that much of a difference?!?

This is the best product I have found in the stores. I have tried other products, but this by far is the best. No more water spots and my glassware sparkle through and through. My plastic containers no longer have spots or have that greasy feeling that some products leave behind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried several products over the years:powder, gel and gel pacs and the rinse. Now that I am using Cascade Platinum, alone, on a regular basis i do not feel a need to try anything else. It is my only go-to dishwasher product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had to rewash a dish. Always came out clean and the dishes never had spots. I like to not have to rewash at least half my dishes like with other dishwasher detergent. The generic detergent might have been cheaper in price but it cost more with all the rewashing I had to do.

With four kids always on the go and working part time, I do not have time or energy to sit over a sink and prewash my dishes. I was not certain if this was going to work. We had spagetti that night and I just put them in the dishwasher, used Cascade complete. I was in a state of surprise when it really worked. I am now a faithful user!

I have used the cascade gel packs for years and love them. I did however try the new scent...New Zealand. It smelled great in the kitchen while it was running but when done my dishes smelled strongly of the scent and the cups, etc tasted from it. I do not recommend the New Zealand scent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a self-described minimalist when it comes to prepping anything that needs to go in the dishwasher, scrape solids off, in it goes. Cascade Platinum pods are the third type I have tried and the one I will stay with... everything, except when hubby over-packs a section, that water can reach, comes out perfectly clean. Dishwasher outflow water goes to our septic tank and no change in how well that is working so Cascade Platinum isn't killing off essential septic tank bacteria.
