I have been using Cascade Powder for.. ever and have been a very satisfied customer. When I could not find the usual product on the shelf, I bought the new (?) version with Dawn. Right away, I started noticing a strange film on my serving spoons and glasses. They seem all ruined. I could not believe my eyes and dismissed the incident. However, after a few loads, I had to admit it: Cascade Powder is ruined. I want my Cascade Powder (and my money) back. Please take this product off the market ASAP. Why ruin a great thing?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a single dwelling widower, I have take on the responsibility of doing dishes. After a couple of other products, I started using Cascade and graduated to Cascade Platinum. UNBELIEVABLE ! Some, no, most of the dishes have a very small amount of food stuck on them and this product eliminates all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had to rewash a dish. Always came out clean and the dishes never had spots. I like to not have to rewash at least half my dishes like with other dishwasher detergent. The generic detergent might have been cheaper in price but it cost more with all the rewashing I had to do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I resisted paying a little more for the Cascade Platinum pods, not believing that they could really do a better job than the regular pods, I was so wrong! I am extremely pleased that not only can I put my un-rinsed dishes in the dish washer and they come out clean but they come out clean even after sitting for a few days. Cascade Platinum pods also removes grease from skillets, plastic bowls and my glasses sparkle. Now, if I can figure out how to get my stove top in the dishwasher, I'd be all set! I won't be going back to any other dish washing detergent. Cascade Platinum is more than well worth the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is very good but what to do with the container afterward. It is a great container to discard as garbage. I think packaging of a product should keep the environment in mind. If it is a see though container, I think it can have an after life. Thank you.

I've found that none of the Cascade products keep the film off my dishes due to our very hard water. I put a cup of vinegar in the dishwasher every time I wash dishes and that takes care of the problem. Could you add something acidic to Cascade that would do the same? Thank you.

I have a new dishwasher (GE) and received a sample of your product with the dishwasher. I was pleased with the product and purchased Cascade Complete Dawn. Cups/coffee mugs had to be rewashed. I now know to rinse the dishes first, although the product states "No pre-rinse needed. Scrubs away tough foods". I do not consider plates and coffee mugs heavy stains.

My family and I have been using a very cheap dishwasher that came with our house for the past seven years. We had accepted that unless we handwashed everything that went in the dishwasher the dishes would come out with spots or food somewhere on them. It became a game when putting dishes away to find the hidden dried on food! Because of the poor make of the dishwasher I always used the cheapest brand of detergeant, because I had tried everything and the dishes were always dirty. A hunch, whisper in my ear, whatever you want to call it, inspired me to try Cascade a few months ago and was I ever SURPRISED!! My dishes were coming out clean, there was no more hide-n-seek with leftovers on the dishes. We no longer had to preclean the dishes in order for them to come out clean from the dishwasher. Cascade is pleasant smelling, very convenient to use, and I love being able to tell when I need to buy more by counting how many I have left in the bag. Thank you, Thank you and Thank you.

I recently moved into an apartment that had a new dishwasher and I thought I would have no trouble getting my dishes clean. That was not the case! I would have to pre-rinse and some times even hand wash loads of dishes that ran through the dishwasher! I was so upset. Until I used a coupon for Cascade All-in-One Action Pacs. They were on sale so I thought I would give them a try. My dishes have never been the same! I will never use anything else. Clean every time. No pre-rinse and no hand washing afterwards. Thank you Cascade!
