I was very sceptical at first, I figured oh just another detergent, but I tell you, holy Moses was I ever shocked. I had dishes that sat overnight with food all over them, I loaded my dishwasher popped a PAC in and started the machine. My word when it was over I looked at my dishes and was amazed at how clean they were.

this stuff is the bomb!! my dishwasher is now broken, and am out of dish soap, so i dropped one of these in the water and let the dishes soak for a few minutes. I could see the food and whatnot melt right off these dishes before my eyes! I needed only to give them a quick wipe, then rinse. I'll buy the dish soap for sure, but really wish i had my dishwasher back, hint hint! :)

I just took my glasses from the dishwasher and they are covered with a film and spots. I tried hand washing them and it will not come off. It appears that they are ruined!!! I have been using this Cascade Complete for quite a while and had noticed a film on my china, but because we use mainly insulated plastic glasses, I had not had a problem with "glass" glasses until now. What do I do.... this was an old set of my Mother's that were a light green to match her china and now they appear to be ruined!!! I SAY DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT!!!! Anyone who uses it could be ruining your china and glassware forever.

The water in my area is extremely hard. It is loaded with iron and calcium. About 6 weeks after beginning use with Cascade Platinum, I felt like I had new silverware again (it's really over 20 years old). Not only does my silverware now shine, but also my dishwasher!!!

Our dishes used to come out of the dishwasher with specks of detergent still on them all the time, even after going in nearly clean after rinsing. We literally thought our brand-new dishwasher was broken. We had the maintenance guy out to check, we had the water temperature turned up, used bottles of rinse agent, everything. Then I tried Cascade Complete Pacs. Now the dishes come out completely clean even when they go in dirty. The husband used to complain about the dishes (he's a complainer) but now he has one less thing to complain about. I win, thanks to Cascade!

I grew up with Cascade, and I used to use the liquid Cascade until they removed phosphates and my dishes were left with a film. We started using these tablets and within the last few months, we've probably thrown away more than we've successfully used. I am so disappointed because initially, it seemed they were cleaning great. Now, when we open the dishwasher, we'll find the tablet at the bottom of the machine with a small hole in it where it tried to open but didn't. This has happened with numerous tabs out of our bin of 48, and we are THROUGH with Cascade. Unfortunately, I have about half of the bin left. Not sure how to make this work other than waste tons of water and energy washing every load 3-4 times. If Cascade can figure out a way to make their tablets actually dissolve, then we might consider. Even if you offered trouble-shooting tips on the package - SOMETHING. This is ridiculous that these cost so much and you end up wasting a third of the product, not to mention so much wasted water and energy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this!! I have three children who are learning to load the dishwasher, and part of that included me having to rewash them all after they had, so that no food was left on. Not anymore!! Cascade takes care of all of that!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Cascade for many, many years beginning with the powder. I love the pacs as they are so easy to use. These particular pacs are the best cleaning ones I have tried and love that they include grease fighting Dawn as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has great cleaning power and doesn't leave spots, even on plastic lids and containers. Also cleans inside the dishwasher and leaves a fresh scent. The pods are also easy to use and are less messy than powder or gel. The price is pretty comparable to other products and I usually have a store coupon that helps get a larger quantity.

I have always used Cascade, so thought I would try the new Cascade Platinum. This was a BIG mistake. I had a new set of stainless flatware by Oneida and it was 18/10 stainless which is a very heavyweight. The Cascade Platinum removed the finish from two of my knives!!!! So upset that my new stainless flatware is not a complete set anymore due to this product. Informing everyone not to purchase this product.
