And ALL the glasses come out shiny not cloudy like most cleaner make them come out. I've recommended to my family and friends already. Now if they could come up with something to make my husband load the dishwasher correctly I'm on board. :)

When I purchased Cascade Complete All-in-1 ActionPacs, I was just about to say that this was the LAST product I was ever going to try, all the other's "SAID" they worked...but didn't...Was I ever surprised!!! Cascade Complete All-in-1 ActionPacs are the GREATEST EVER!!!! They clean everything...and I mean everything you put in your dishwasher!!! A little bit pricey-but SO worth it!!! You WON'T be sorry when you try them!!

i personally do not own a dishwasher but bought them to use at my parents house while house sitting. i could not believe the stuff this little packet powered through! chili left overnight, not rinsed. brownies, home made mac n cheese sauce etc. it truly beat the rest, hands down!

I loved the results I was getting with Cascade in my automatic dispensing dishwasher!! Until it quit working because the detergent reacted with one I used previously and congealed in the dispenser! I understand that I was warned about this in the dishewasher manual when I purchased the maching several years ago, but there was NO indication on the bottle that this particular new formula contained the ingredients that would react with the old formula. I chuckled when I read your statement about trust on the website. The failure on your part to be clear ON THE BOTTLE about the "dangers" is not a way to foster trust. Also I was told by both GE and P&G that replacing the dispenser was the ONLY fix. By using boiling water and long-handled scrubbers, I was able to clean it out again. I want to warn others, though, that changing to this new product is not without drawbacks and P&G will NOT let you know up front with its packaging what you need to know to make that decision. I was also offended by the 2 customer service reps I spoke to on the phone who just blamed me for the problems.

My husband and I just got a package of Cascade Complete Action Pacs. They are AWFUL. The pac didn't disolve and left big chunks of the detergent over all of the dishes. I had to re-wash most of the dishes. Not impressed at all. I'd request a refund, but go figure, I didn't save the receipt and you need the receipt for the money back satisfaction guarantee. I can guarantee I am NOT satisfied.

Seemed tedious but with a little one constantly using multiple dishes it was the easiest way to keep up! Once I started using the Platinum Pacs I noticed cleaner dishes and less effort on my part to pre-clean!

i love the cascade power gels. i wont use anything else. they get all my dirty dishes so clean. its so amazing. i would reccommend this to everyone that i know. my mother in law is now using them. u cant beat the price. please give them a try. it fights caked on food, and gets the dishes sparkling clean.

What a wonderful product! Now I can have my family actually put in the soap with no fear of my husband putting in too little or my kids putting in too much! It cleans much better than any other dishwasher product I've ever used! Keep up the good work!
