[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So easy and convenient to use, even my teenagers don't mind putting the dishes in the washer! I find that I still have to scrape most food stuff off my dishes, but that may be because my washer is almost 9 years old! I do find that my glasses are spot free and my silverware doesn't have that film on it like other detergents leave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We buy this all the time! It cleans everything off the dishes and sometimes we leave a little more than we should... Once we thought we'd save money and buy a different brand, but it was not nearly as good!! It wasn't even half as good!

For the price, the All-in-One Actionpacs were a disappointment. My dishes came out gritty. I ran the washer empty with vinegar to clean it out, but that did not solve the problem. I have found another product on the market that works much better, so I'm going to stick with the competitor's product.

When this product first came out I used it and loved it. Recommended it to my family and friends as the best I had ever used. Don't have to pre-rinse and no matter how full my dishwasher is they come clean. Something has changed! I now find grease on things that I never had a problem with before. I am a cake decorator and make lots of buttercream icing. I am now finding grease residue on my mixing bowl, spoons and spatulas that I use. Nothing has changed in what I put in the dishwasher. I usually buy the giant 110 count container. It is just not getting the job done! I tried Electrasol's new tablet and did not like it. I don't know what to do but would not recommend it anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes products have a store brand "equivalent" that is claimed to work as best as the brand name...not the case. The Cascade Platinum pods are great and I have never had an issue with my dishes not coming clean. Would highly recommend!

I have never tried leaving 24 hour stuck on food, but I am very pleased with the product. My dishwasher is dated and pretty crummy to be honest. It has been difficult to find a product that doesn't require a complete pre-wash of the dishes to get the job done. The cascade platinum is the first product that I have used with my monster washer that requires no pre-wash. That alone is enough to sell me. The pod design is really convenient too though.

We recently bought a package of 60 action pacs. The pacs did not dissolve in the dishwasher. We attempted to use the pacs three times with the same result - the pacs did not dissolve. We now have 57 action pacs that we will not use. Very disappointed that I spent the money on such a large package of a useless product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade Platinum whether it is with Dawn or Clorox, are my favorite! My dishes always come out clean even if the kids don't rinse their plates and bowls before loading them in the dishwasher. Plus, I there is a pleasant clean smell without being fruity that to me just screams clean and fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product. All I have to do is add the pre-measured Action Pac to the dishwasher. There is no guesswork. My dishes finish clean and dry. There is no streaking or greasiness. I have a consistent experience.

Half way through the container the gel packs were stuck to each other and leaking. Reaching into the container was disgusting. Just this morning I had to pry three apart, which rendered one complete garbage, spilling powder and gel (luckily into the dishwasher). I will never buy these again!!!
