We like Cascade Complete and use it daily, however, because the packaging is so much alike, we have had to return this product to the store many times because we pick up the "regular" kind by mistake. Is there no way to change the colors, put bright stars on the box/bag, note COMPLETE on the lid, etc. to would make it easier to distinguish Complete from "regular "Cascade (in-complete) ? Today I thought I was getting a bargain by buying the 85-count, only to find out when I got home that it was the wrong product and will have to make yet another trip to the store to try to exchange it. HELP!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying to go to a generic brand to save a couple of cents, my experiment phase didn't last long. I ended up having to use 2 of the generic pacs to get to a semi-acceptable level of clean. I went back to the Platinum pacs immediately. I was happy I didn't have to inspect my dishes before putting them away. I trust Cascade to help make my life a little easier.

Cascade is not as good as it once was. When I wash glasses on the top of the dishwasher, there is always a residue remaining on the bottom of the glass. The glasses now always look dirty when removed from the washer. I was happy with the product for many years, but perhaps you have changed the formula and it is no longer as efective.

I have been a Cascade user for 20+ years. No more!! The new formula is just awful! Chalky residue that requires re-washing everything that comes out of my dishwasher is left on everything. The no phosphates formula may be "green" except that I have to use twice the amount of water to clean my dishes. Who knows what that residue is puting into my family...most likely is not good for us. I should not need to leap tall buildings and use "helper" products to make this diswasher power do it's advertized work. Sorry Cascade...I have moved on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from using the powder, to the gel, and now the gel & powder in one. I definitely see better results from the gel & powder in one, although; I usually have powder residue in the cups and bowls. I am debating on trying the Cascade Platinum.

I thought what a great idea. But with ONE use the Ware-ever aluminum cook pots and pans turned from shiney to dark gray dinge. Pleae try this product on somehting you don't care about first to see if you get these terrible results also. The dishes and pans are clean, and my stainless steel dishwasher looks great in side (nice and clean) but aluminum pots and pans ruined. I have to send them to manufacturer to be cleaned and re-polished.

I love the Cascade Complete All-in-1. I use it whenever my dishes are really dirty. As soon as I use up some liquid and powder dishwashers I am trying to use up (I am the type who can't throw anything out), then I will use the Cascade Complete all the time. I really notice the difference between the Cascade Complete and my other dishwasher cleaners. The Cascade Complete even polishes the bottoms of my copper clad pans!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade offers a ton of awesome products. I love the Casacde Gel Packs because they are so easy to use. Just pop one in the dishwasher and done. You do have to be mindful to close the bag, but they even have a zip top on it to keep the packs in perfect condition. Dishes are always clean after using this- even with two teens who load and often do a poor job rinsing dishes before putting in dishwasher.

I have used Cascade for years and was more than satisfied with it. Recently you changed your formula to a gel. Since then, I have had to rewash dishes almost daily because they are not coming out clean. You have left me with no choice but to change detergents.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best dishwashing product I have ever used. The dishes come our sparkling and beautiful. I even use it on my fine china (inherited ). What most impressed me is the fact that it doesn't etch my glassed. I have never had a product that didn't ruin my glasses. It's funny how the little things make a lasting impression! Thanks for such an outstanding product!
