[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a single dwelling widower, I have take on the responsibility of doing dishes. After a couple of other products, I started using Cascade and graduated to Cascade Platinum. UNBELIEVABLE ! Some, no, most of the dishes have a very small amount of food stuck on them and this product eliminates all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No dirty, filmy residue with these tabs! Dishes smell fresh and sparkle. As for my dishwasher, I plan to be a safecracker in my next life; I've been turning the gears to go through the wash cycle for 8 years now.

I have been using Cascade powder since the early 1970's. I have tried others and always went back to Cascade. It USED to be an excellent product. Now, however, with your changed formula, I hate, hate, hate, hate it. It does not clean and leaves a crusty white film on EVERYTHING. The flatware especially, has food and crust dried on it. I have to soak and hand wash EVERYTHING now after going through a cycle with the new Cascade. And to suggest that I use another one of your expensive products with it is outrageous. I have a new dishwasher and always use Hi-temp wash and Sani-rinse. Proctor and Gamble had to know the new product did not clean. Take it off the market until you come up with something better. If I could give this product a minus score, it would be —100 stars. What a worthless product!

I've used other popular dishwasher brands that are phosphate free, but cascade actually WORKS. But what really got me was when the plastic flip top box was empty of the pacs, I realized that the box was completely reusable! I just scrubbed off the label and now I have a perfect see-thru storage box for the garage or my sewing room. Congratulations Cascade for Reducing, Reusing and Recycling!!

I have used Cascade ever since I have had a dishwasher because that is what my Mother used when she got her first dishwasher. That is over 35 years now!!!!! Dishes are always clean and sparkly. Great product. Wouldn't consider using anything but Cascade! Don't ever change.

I found cascade complete by accident, my other product was out. I complained ,but thought I would try this one and it turned out I have bought it everytime since, I love the convience and the smell, it cleans my dishes squeeky clean,and they shine so pretty, I would tell anyone to try it and they would love it to, I told my three daughters , thanks for the good product, we need more that we can trust.

My glasses are covered with dried white specks of leftover detergent and a milky residue remains after each use. My black utensils come out with a white powdery coating every time. My very expensive heavy flatware comes out dull and cloudy. I have a high end Kitchenaide dishwasher lest than a year old. There is something very wrong with this product.

After trying everything and I do mean EVERYTHING including a new dishwasher.....I bought a package of the Cascade Action Pacs. First time was pretty good.....it had a big job cleaning up everything having to do with our well water! Second time was better still! In fact it was better than better! No more nasty cloudy residue or streaking. They are just easy easy to use and do a great great job. You know they're good when your kids want to use them and help with dishes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dishwasher is an old model and doesn't do a very good job so I was always hand washing then running the dishwasher. Seemed tedious but with a little one constantly using multiple dishes it was the easiest way to keep up! Once I started using the Platinum Pacs I noticed cleaner dishes and less effort on my part to pre-clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade Platinum Pacs I was using the Cascade Complete product and my clear glasses were getting cloudy, the dishes required pre-cleaning prior to placing them in my dishwasher so I decided to try the Platinum tabs and after two washes my glasses were clear again, dishes were not requiring any pre-cleaning and the pots and pans are now coming clean the dishwasher. Thank you for a great product.
