The cascade complete I purchased on 2/6/12 is not dissolving properly. Your package has a money back guarantee, states to visit cascadeclean.com for details. I tried that without success. I have the original sales receipt (within 30 days as stated) and the UPC but can't get instructions for the money back offer. UPC is 37000 19006. Please honor your claim.

Our dishwasher is aging and wasn't getting things as clean as I would have liked. I added rinse aid and started using the platinum pacs and it really made a difference. I will rotate in different scents/combinations of other cascade pacs, but always prefer these.

We performed the acid test: We packed wine glasses on the top rack, with a baked on potatoes au gratin pan AND a pecan pie pan in the bottom. ALL came clean! The cheese baked on crust was gone. The ooey-gooey pecan pie was gone. The glasses were perfectly clean, as were the pans and the silverware and plates. Much praise goes to the Cascade Complete and the Bosch dishwasher combination. Simply AWESOME!

I swear by this product. I love in a house with two kids and a husband and we go through a lot of dishes. I've tried many other dish washer pods/liquids and most left my dishes streaky or smelling like chemical. Cascade leaves no water marks and my dishes smell clean and delightful. I highly recommend for those with dishwashers.

I have been using another product, not Cascade, for about a year. My glasses and glass dishes have alot of etching. Is this permanent? I just began using Cascade Action Pacs. The glasses look a little better. How many washes will it take to get them clear again? I feel I may need to replace my glasses as I am embarrassed to have company use them.

My dishes always come out clean even if the kids don't rinse their plates and bowls before loading them in the dishwasher. Plus, I there is a pleasant clean smell without being fruity that to me just screams clean and fresh.

Cascade Platinum is an amazing product! I couldn't believe how well my dishes looked...especially the pots! The copper bottoms of my pots were really shiny after one full wash with Cascade Platinum; they looked like I had just bought them, even though they are 20 years old! My other dishes looked really clean and shiny too...especially the casserole dishes that had baked on food. This product is amazing and I have been telling everyone I know about it!
