I've used Cascade forever. However, being on a very limited income I need to save money where I can. So I tried a different 'Big Brand' detergent at half the price. Halfway through the bottle, I switched back to Cascade. I live in a hard water area & my dishes always looked like new. Now they all have a white film & water spots and not all of them were coming clean. I'm hoping Cascade will remove the damage. I've always taken pride in having sparkling clean dishes. Now, (when I can no longer afford to replace them), all my beautiful glassware is dingy, I hope I haven't ruined them permanently. So much for saving a few dollars.

I have tried other products. I have tried home made cleansers. Nothing would get my dishes clean, and they always come out of the dishwasher looking cloudy. I went back to hand washing my dishes. As a last resort I used Cascade Complete. Everything comes out squeaky clean now! This is the very best dishwasher detergent!

Be lazy go ahead. Your dish rinse game could be way off. You didn't soak that pan NO worries Mommas this will stick get those pans clean. I also like the fresh smell that fills up my kitchen while the dishwasher is running. I will never buy another type of dishwasher pods again IM SOLD FOR LIFE

We have tried this product a few different times. Our dishwasher is not an old model so we don't know what the problem is. The pacs do not release from the dispenser and end up only dissolving halfway. We have tried wiping the dispenser clean after each use to no avail. I love the Cascade gel products and will go back to them and continue to use them.

When I take the dishes and pans out of the dishwasher I know that they will be clean. You never have to worry if you use Cascade. I love this product!!

The detergent dispenser must be completely dry for the Cascade with Dawn to release and even then it only works sometimes. I have thrown 4 away because they never opened during the dishwashing cycle and I found them stuck to the lid of the dispenser. I would never purchase this again nor recommend this to anyone. Bad product design.

Just put in the dishwasher, and let cascade do the work - whether pots, silverware, plates,... name it, Cascade will clean it!

I had great difficulty opening the container of Action Pacs! I found no instructions and knew I had to be able to seal it tightly later. I had to be very careful to get it open without injuring my fingers! Am I missing something? I don't like having to communicate this way. I simply responded to your email and received no response! I can't find the info about using vinegar to, hopefully, repair the etching on my glasses. Please repeat them Thanks. You ask us to contact you directly, but I don't see an email! Please provide! We have a small kitchen and when the scent is released, it makes the kitchen and living area smell so nice. The dishes are cleaned and when the dishwasher is opened, it is nice to know the dishes will be clean.

I can't even begin to calculate how much water I save by not having to pre-wash all my dishes before washing them! Living in the desert water conservation is huge. I put my dishes directly in the machine no pre-washing and they come out perfect! I also don't waste powder wondering how much to use, are they really dirty? do I need more? It's very economical to konw exactly what I am getting for my money!!!
