I have always used Cascade but recently I watched a commercial for another type of dishwashing detergent which claimed to be better than Cascade, so I decided to take a challenge and use this new product and was so disappointed in the other product that I can't wait to go back to using Cascade. The other product claimed to dissolve and it didn't (I had to rewash my load). I will never try another type of dish detergent for my dishwasher, this is the best. Sometimes you have to try other products to realize how great the one you use is. I am just sorry to have wasted money on the other product. Sincerely, A continued Cascade user

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried many brands. Powders, gels, tablets, off brands, name brands. But Cascade Platinum is, BY FAR, the best out there! It does what it claims. I have never found a detergent that will remove coffee stains from my cups, this one does, no problem. Burnt on residue on pots and pans comes right off with no pre-washing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have an old dishwasher that you have to pretty much wash the dishes BEFORE the dishwasher tries to, and even then you have to check them as they come out. Somehow, this product is amazing and I don't have to clean them like I did before. This is my new favorite product, it has saved me so much time already, not to mention the water I've saved from not having to wash the dishes twice. Go buy it and try it for yourself! =)

I have well water at home with alot of iron in the water.When i used other dish soap products,i would have to buy a special cleaner to remove the iron stains in the dishwasher..But since using the cascade action packs, i have no need for the special cleaner.The cascade action packs keep the stains away.Thank you cascade

I have also used the powder which works well but I just love the ease of the pacs and how much cleaner they are.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is hard to imagine not having to rinse dishes before they go in the dishwasher, but you really don't need to. I run my dishwasher about twice a week and my dishes come out food and spot free. And you don't need a rinse agent. Cascade Platinum Pacs are the only dishwasher detergent I will use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade products are very good, but cost more than other products that work just as well. I always add Dawn to my dishwasher anyway, so having in the pac is not that important, and cuts down on the cost when you use Dawn anyway.
