We have very hard well water. In the past, we have tried so many different products, from conventional to earth-friendly. However, our dishes would always come out with a powdery white film all over them. We've used a dishwasher cleaner regularly, but it would not help much. Fortunately, we grabbed a bag of Cascade Complete tabs this weekend! I am so pleased! I have never seen my dishes so clean; even after one wash! I will look no further! Thank you!

What has happened to your product mentioned above!?! I loved this product when I first started using it. Then, KABOOOM!!! the product didn't melt to dispense the cleaning power. I have talked to other cascade consumers and they are having the same problem. Do we have to go back to the inconvience of the powder? We really do love the convenience of the pacs!!! HELP!!!

We find this pod to be effective on all items, including particularly tough ones (e.g., burnt-on cheese, charred pans). We do not pre-rinse and have no issues with residue. We live in a rural area (well water, challenging with soap products) and have experienced no issues with this pod product, either - works fine with our well water.

I absolutely love the All-in-1 ActionPacs! They are convenient, time-saving, and work wonderfully. My family is non-stop with work, school, and all-year-round sports seasons as well as dance and music lessons. I hate washing dishes that come out of the dishwasher because they didn't come clean. It wastes what little time I have! I used to have to buy not only a dishwashing liquid but also a drying agent. I could never find the right combination of these that would actually work while cleaning the dishes well. Now, Cascade has solved that problem for me. THANKS!!!

These not only looked & smelled good/appealing, but I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the dishes. I would definitely recommend using if you are having a hard time finding a good detergent to get dishes clean.

It provides us with our cleanest dish, glassware, flatware and cooking utensils yet! We love the "no pre-wash" feature and the convenience of the "pac" packaging. We are loyal Cascade fans and pass our recommendation on whenever appropriate.

I have been a customer for 20 yrs. Your product is now useless and I have discarded an almost full box. I have to wash the dishes before I use your product and again after I use your product. I'll keep trying other brands until I find a suitable product. The phospphate- free is an issue, but it's your problem. Find a soluton or get out of the business.

Okay guys, I get it...linking a product to "New Zealand" sounds exotic, clean, green and fresh to most people. But for those of us from there - who actually know what New Zealand smells like - it's a bit of a stretch to say that the fragrance of these delightful little pellets smells anything like a New Zealand spring. Okay, it does say "inspired by" but maybe you should get someone with a better sence of smell to come up with a location specific fragrance. It works great - but it smells horrible. Sorry.

There is no messy powder residue, it's all pre-portioned, all I have to do is load the dishwasher and then pop one pod into the designated latch on my dishwasher. One pod even takes care of the most stuck on, dried food. I've never experienced any issues with dirty dishes remaining behind since switching to these. Would definitely recommend!

There is nothing like dishes coming out of your dishwasher squeaky clean. Not having to rinse the goo off of them from the cleanser is a plus. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone!
