I have used Cascade for 25 years. It is the only automatic dishwashing detergent I use. I am very loyal to Proctor and Gamble. Last month, I noticed that the regular Cascade powder was not getting my dishes clean. I switched to the All-In-One Action Pacs. They created this thick foam that poured all over the floor. I got my dishwasher checked thinking it was broken. The dishwasher was fine, but it took two rinse cycles to clear the foam out. I switched back to the powder and while it didn't clean my dishes, it didn't make foam all over the floor. I started reading these reviews and discovered that I am not the only one having problems with the new formula Cascade products. I am trying the HydroClean gel next, but P&G may have lost me if that doesn't work.

I have a 6 month old and have been using finish in my dishwasher because I can always find good coupons. I got a good coupon for cascade and I thought I would try it my son baby bottles are coming out so much cleaner with cascade, than the other brand I'm am a cascade user for life now!!!

I found Cascade complete all in 1 action pacs to be really easy to use. I hate when the bottles are almost empty and the dishwasher liquid splurts out, getting all over the dishwasher and sometimes me. No problem here, last is as easy to use as first.

I have always trusted Cascade products. I have only had a dishwasher for 10 years and never thought I would care as long as it cleaned the dishes. With kids and adults that don't know how to rinse dishes before putting them in the dishwasher I found this product rocks. My dishes come out sparkly clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We washed dishwasher safe bottles on the top rack and found that this detergent left an odd smell in them. After having water in the bottles we found the water would taste very strange after a few hours. I stopped using it.

Dishes come out clean as a whistle and our 19-year-old dishwasher performs like new. Because our water here in SE Arizona is very hard we'll mix in a small amount of Lemi-shine periodically. Results have been outstanding.

In our tough economic times, value versus function is always at the top of our all too consuming shopping lists. However, let me convince you that 'cheaper is not always better', Consider the time and effort, and soap products we spend PRE-washing our dishes before they enter the dishwasher. Are we really saving anything for those few extra cents we think we are adding to our budget? --NO! Cascade products WORK! They will clean and shine your dishes without the extra expense of other soap products, save you time from working in the kitchen and make the chore of washing dishes something to look forward to instead of Dreading! I have used Cascade every since we got our first dishwasher in 1980. I have tried other brands and never stayed past one box on trial. However in the past two years I have not given up on cascade but have e-mailed cascade and was told to try the bleach formula as the stains were not coming out of tea cups. That worked now I have tons of powder residue I have never had in the past and my silverware and dishes look horrible. Why can't we have our old wonderful cascade anymore. I still buy it but reluctantly.
