I have been a faithful Cascade user for years. However, the new Cascade Complete (powder) is one of the the worse products I have ever used. It leaves a chalky substance on almost every thing. At first I thought it might be my water but I have a very sophisticated water filtering system. Then I thought it might be my dishwasher but it is fairly new and I never encountered the problem with the old "regular" Cascade. I have now switched to a "green" gel that leaves every thing clean and chalk-free.

The soap I had been using before wasn't getting the dishes, baby bottles in particular, very clean. There was always a cloudy residue on the plastic. I decided to use cascade platinum and was amazed to see that the residue on the bottles was completely gone!

I have a brand new dishwasher and I've been looking for a soap that WORKS. I have gone through many others when I'd still have a dirty dish in the load or scum on the silverware. This detergent ROCKS! I have sparkling clean, good smelling, bright and shiny plates, cups and silverware. I'd recommend this product to anyone!

Although I'm a fan of the All-in-1 action packs size, I am disappointed to learn that often times the pack does not dissolve in the dishawsher. This causes me to have to put a new pack in and re-run the dishwasher. This wastes my time and money and not to mention the waste it causes for energy and water. I like the idea but the product is not made well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pacs are easy to use and convenient. 1 pac got my dishes clean and refreshed my dishwasher. I didn't have to pre-wash my dishes. Disclaimer: Kids think these look like candy, so please remember to keep them up high out of reach, or lock them in the cabinet under the sink.

I have used liquid and powdered Cascade and other dishwasher soaps. My step-mom introduced me to the pacs. When we bought our new dishwasher a few years ago, I started using the Platinum pacs and they are awesome. I would highly recommend them to anyone that asks my opinion.

Inevitably, when I take glasses out of the dishwasher, some of them have spots of what seems to feel like sand. Obviously glasses don't go into the dishwasher with this sand stuck to them, nor are they very dirty as they are used for cocktails and are rinced if there was someething else in them. I just think it is very strange and I would not buy this product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been pleased with the product but I've found it difficult to close the filler area when I use Cascade. A competitor's tablets seem to fit the space better and the little cover closes easily. If it wasn't for that the overall rating would've been 5 stars.

It is easy to use, you do not have to guess just how much to use. The tablets you just put in the slot, I will not use anything but these products
