I absolutely love Cascade Platinum. We were to the point where we would not even wash dishes in the dishwasher because of the film left behind by all the other dish detergents. This product does not leave any residue on any dishes we have. I am so grateful for Cascade making such an amazing product.

Okay, I'm really irritated. I've read a ton of reviews from people on this site who are having the exact same problem as I am. I've been using Cascade for years, and within a couple of weeks of switching to the new formula, I ended up with three seriously tarnished pans. These pans have been going through the dishwasher for ages without any problems. Phosphates or no phosphates, I refuse to believe that the makers of Cascade can't find a way to fix this problem. At the very least, you should put a big warning on the packaging. Or will it take all of us joining some sort of class action to replace our pots and pans to get your attention? You have lost a customer.

On occasion, I do overload the dishwasher and even then, the results are clean dishes, glassware, silverware, etc. My dishwasher also looks very good on the inside! Thank you P&G *****

I have never been able to get my glassware clear. Everything is coated wth a white film . It is so frustrating. I tried buying new glasses, drying by hand, soaking them in vinegar and I even bought a new dish washer. Nothing worked so I figured I would just have to live with cloudy glasses. I saw a post on the Internet that said i had hard water stains and Cascade Complete would help get rid of them. Since I had tried every other detergent with that same promise I bought it. I did not expect it to work but after the very first wash the glasses were slightly cleaner. I was amazed when I discovered that with every wash the glass got clearer and clearer and now my glassware looks new. I wish I would have taken "before and after" pictures!

It has a very fresh scent too, but not too harsh. I am so glad I gave it a try. Thanks for providing a good product to add to your many others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had switched to a different brand for awhile because that red dot was so cute and it seemed the popular thing to do at the time but cute red dots don't clean dishes like this cascade does. I have rarely had to rewash anything with cascade. I highly recommend.

I was on the verge of replacing my dishwasher, I had even started washing all of my dishes by hand.When I was vacationing I purchased this fabulous product. I gave my dishwasher one last chance, when I returned home. Because of Cascade Complete my dishwasher can stay. I am so pleased at how clean the dished are...I really thought my dishwasher was broken...Thanks Cascade!!!:)

Sparking dishes and glasses with no spots and a dishwasher that looks brand new on the inside. So glad I tried Platinum.

I have a tea maker and use it everyday. The plastic pitcher was so stained with tea that I was ashamed to bring it out for company. I decided to try using a packet of Cascade. I made sure my water was very hot and dropped the packet in. I used a plastic brush and swished it around the pitcher. Low and behold when I rinsed it, it was like new!! thank you for a great product.
