My pan lids will never look shiny and pretty like they did before I made the mistake of purchasing this new Cascade. I had used it for years, and now that what ever in the detergent has been changed, my pans look as old as they really are. I feel they have all been ruined, and i'm no happy with Cascade any more. I will tell all of my friends to NOT purchase the new product, but find a different brand. What a disappointment to open the dishwasher and wonder what the heck went wrong?

No other product on the market does as good as Cascade. I have tried others and have always regretted it because they all leave the glasses with a horrible film. Cascade clean so good, I never have to be embrassed to pull a glass out and serve guests. Thank you for your great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never opened the dishwasher when finished to find food on dishes or silverware. The glasses and glass dishes are free of water spots and shine like new. The only negative and I don't blame that on the dish soap, is the lack of drying of the plastic ware.

My dishwasher loading/running challenged husband can actually fill and run the dishwasher without assistance. And that speaks well for the ease of this product- no worry of spilling the powder or a liquid squirting all over. Drop the tablet in and go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have tried using other brands and we have to do at least 2 cycles or more to get the dishes clean. With the Cascade Platinum we can get the dishes done with just one cycle which is great as I'm a mom of two and I'm at the hockey rink 3 to 4 times a week so don't have the time for the multiple cycles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the action paks because my dishes were getting a buildup on them the the rinse aids weren't helping. I just needed a different detergent & took a chance on this one. It is the one with Dawn & extra bleach. There are quite a few in the bag so its a good value as well. My dishes seem less foggy & I haven't even used the whole first bag yet! They are easy to use...just put a pak in the compartment & no messy goop going everywhere if your machine doesn't get turned on right away!

When we moved just over a year ago, we started to use our dishwasher and had tons of residue/gunk left on our dishes - my husband bought a sample pac and we tried the Platinum pacs - only thing that we can use that really cleans our dishes and rinses clean. Love it, now I can use my dishwasher and not have to rewash the dishes!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave a high end dishwasher that I was ready to throw out the window. 2 repair men later and it still left All my dishes with a horrible white film and just not clean. I used several detergents and was using liquid Cascade. I saw a commercial for the platinum which said it would take care of that. I I saw a sample pack for a dollar and tried it. I could not believe the difference! It was like I had a new dishwasher. I actually took a black plate out and ran it across the house to show my husband. He's wondering what happened. I said it's the detergent. No I use the platinum combined with oxyclean rinse and I can have sparkling clean dishes. My husband is happy because I'm not shopping washers anymore. I was 1 step away. I never write reviews but I am so excited I have clean dishes finally!

With a new JennAir dishwasher these were the recommended dishwashing product. They turned out not to work well at all! It is always a mystery as to what is going to be in the dishwasher when we open it up. Once in a while it is clean, but most often the packets are only partially consumed and leaves residue everywhere. I am not happy and will move to another product. Really disappointed.
