I had not used Cascade in a while but I saw the new Cascade Platinum pacs and thought I would give them a try and I'm so glad I did! I have always had a problem with food residue with my dishwasher (probably because of hard water where I live) and Cascade has totally taken care of that. Now I won't use anything else! So glad I found this product!

The cascade complete I purchased on 2/6/12 is not dissolving properly. Your package has a money back guarantee, states to visit cascadeclean.com for details. I tried that without success. I have the original sales receipt (within 30 days as stated) and the UPC but can't get instructions for the money back offer. UPC is 37000 19006. Please honor your claim.

I don't usually endorse products, but I think the chemists who developed this stuff deserve some recognition. I've attached a photo of the inside of a thermos that had years of tea stains—it was dark brown before the washing—and it had been washed many other times with other detergents, include Cascade complete, without making a dent in those stains. Now it's spotless, like new. I don't know what's in this stuff but it's amazing. My lower value score is just because it's expensive. I'm only going to use it for special washes, not every day. (Some of these negative reviews don't seem credible to me. If your food tastes like cascade or the pods aren't melting fully, there's probably something really wrong with your dishwasher, not with the soap.)

I grew up with Cascade, and I used to use the liquid Cascade until they removed phosphates and my dishes were left with a film. We started using these tablets and within the last few months, we've probably thrown away more than we've successfully used. I am so disappointed because initially, it seemed they were cleaning great. Now, when we open the dishwasher, we'll find the tablet at the bottom of the machine with a small hole in it where it tried to open but didn't. This has happened with numerous tabs out of our bin of 48, and we are THROUGH with Cascade. Unfortunately, I have about half of the bin left. Not sure how to make this work other than waste tons of water and energy washing every load 3-4 times. If Cascade can figure out a way to make their tablets actually dissolve, then we might consider. Even if you offered trouble-shooting tips on the package - SOMETHING. This is ridiculous that these cost so much and you end up wasting a third of the product, not to mention so much wasted water and energy.

I have loved and used Cascade for years. As I have aged, I have had more and more difficulty opening the lids of the liquid bottles. I shared this with my sister and she was having the same difficulty. I found the answer....it is Cascade Complete! It is easy to open, fun to use, and it is a product that I can use even when my hands are painful. Thank you Cascade! I didn't want to compromise by buying another product. Now I don't have to. I get the wonderful Cascade shine and clean and can easily open and close the package. I love it! PS. I shared this with my sister so she can use it too. Sandy

It doesn't matter if it is crusty pans or fine china & glassware. It gets my dishes every clean. I will for sure keep buying this product & I highly recommend it!

I just throw in a pac and do not have to worry about lifting a big detergent bottle. My dishes are sparkling clean. My expensive wine glasses stay fingerprint and dust free. Platinum Pacs even get my water bottles clean and also leaves my dishwasher clean. I recommend to all my friends and family!

I have tried so many kinds of dish cleaners/detergents and this one really lives up to it's promise. I have three small kids and dishes are a constant in my house BUT no one seems to rinse them and that leaves concrete cereal, caked on catchup and others i can't even identify. Cascade Complete gets my dishes clean... the first time! No more scrubbing plates with mystery food that has been dried on by my dishwasher or checking every cup "just in case". Thanks Cascade!!!

I've been using this product for some time now, and have to say by far it's the best on the market. Clean very good no over filling pre measured easy to use and it works. Gets all the extra dirty dishes clean also. Great product! Tried everything it's the best. Thanks PS we have hard water here the worst can't even wash your car with it, need one for the car :-D lol
