[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an older model dishwasher that struggles to get my dishes clean. Cascade Platinum is the only soap that does the job and works well enough that I don't have to wash things after they've been through the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised how well I liked these, I usually do my dishes by hand I have never liked how a dishwasher leaves my dishes but a friend suggested I try these and I loved them they left my dishes clean and shining and smelling really good I will use these again

I have tried so many kinds of dish cleaners/detergents and this one really lives up to it's promise. I have three small kids and dishes are a constant in my house BUT no one seems to rinse them and that leaves concrete cereal, caked on catchup and others i can't even identify. Cascade Complete gets my dishes clean... the first time! No more scrubbing plates with mystery food that has been dried on by my dishwasher or checking every cup "just in case". Thanks Cascade!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dishes didn't know clean until Cascade Platinum came along! I couldn't believe the difference using Cascade Platinum made. Our dishes came clean before, but didn't have the shine that we now get with this product. Before i was using a different name brand powder paired with a seperate rinse you add to the cycle. My husband picked up Cascade Platinum on a shopping trip and after using it, I won't be buying anything else. We love it and highly recommend it.

I've found that none of the Cascade products keep the film off my dishes due to our very hard water. I put a cup of vinegar in the dishwasher every time I wash dishes and that takes care of the problem. Could you add something acidic to Cascade that would do the same? Thank you.

I tried this for the first time the other day. All my dishes were clean but I was most impressed because I have a set of glasses that have recessed bottoms on them. Not only were the glasses clean but the WATER in the bottom of the glasses was clean.

I've been using this product for some time now, and have to say by far it's the best on the market. Clean very good no over filling pre measured easy to use and it works. Gets all the extra dirty dishes clean also. Great product! Tried everything it's the best. Thanks PS we have hard water here the worst can't even wash your car with it, need one for the car :-D lol

This was my frist time using cascades complete, on the package it states, no pre-rince needed, so I put my dishes in the dish waser amd when the cycles were done I was excited to see that it worked, I pulled out a plate and there was grease and food peices left on the plate. I wasn't happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade Complete Action Packs are no mess, easy to use, and cleans great! They also allow for you to open the dishwasher if you forgot to add something. Regular dishwasher detergent leaves a mess if you re-open the door. These packs stay intact until they are supposed to open and clean. Love these!!

My pan lids will never look shiny and pretty like they did before I made the mistake of purchasing this new Cascade. I had used it for years, and now that what ever in the detergent has been changed, my pans look as old as they really are. I feel they have all been ruined, and i'm no happy with Cascade any more. I will tell all of my friends to NOT purchase the new product, but find a different brand. What a disappointment to open the dishwasher and wonder what the heck went wrong?
