I purchased Cascade New Zealand Spring Scent Action Pacs and was shocked to find that every dish, pot, utensil, mug smelled like a bad air freshener or worse. Everything needs to be rinsed before using to avoid the fake smell from permeating my food and beverages. What genius scent engineer came up with this one? And where was the roundtable QC panel? Do any of you stink designers actually cook? Perhaps it would be better used as deodorant soap, or laundry detergent, but definitely not around food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product. We usually have dishes sitting in the dish washer until we get a full load. Sometimes this can take a while. This product gets them so clean you would never know that they have been sitting around for a while.

I work full time and am raising my granddaughter. I need an efficient dishwasher. I was excited to be able to get a new one 2 months ago. Now the repairman has been out 3 times. Seems the government has done us in again. The new dishwashers have less water (not enough) and the detergents have no phosphate. So now I have paid $600., am spending more on dishwashing products that don't help, and am washing dishes by hand before and after the automatic dishwashing. Thanks a lot.

Like so many other i have used these products for years and year. But the Cascade powders in the box in this latest formula change are horrible. It damges cookware, has a fast buildup of scum / calcium film on what were beautiful red glasses -- P and G has truly created a bigger disaster than the Olestra debacle. This stuff is bad bad bad!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Cascade Complete and I was so happy not a one spot on my glasses. I thought this is not going to work so just get the towel unload the dishwasher and start wiping. To my surprise I couldnt believe it not a one spot Thanks Cascade!!

Have used Cascade products for years Thought ActionPacs were a great idea Unfortunatly not all of them disolve during wash cycle. Checked incoming water temp along with water heating cycle in machine. No issue there. This has happened with about 40% of the pacs in the recent 90 pac container I had purchased. Having to rewash is only wasting energy Would like to find a solution as I enjoy the convenience of just throwing in a pac and they store nicely in the conytiner. Maybe have to go back to liquid?

Thought I would give your Actionpacs a try. The plastic pac does not dissolve enough to dispense soap. Dishwasher goes through complete cycle and the "Actionpac" is still in the door. They do not dissolve in water as stated on the package. Waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] these are the only dishwasher pacs i use. I have found that i don't need any others. I​ just pop it in and my dishes comes out clean and sparkly. If you hate to mess with dirty dishes this is the one for you.

I just received a sample of Cascade Complete All-in-one- Action Pacs. I used it and now I can't wait to get to the store and buy a huge supply. This is an amazing product. My dishes and silverware have never looked this clean. Everything sparkles. I can't wait to run my dishwasher again!

The product does a fine job cleaning, but the scent is so strong that it is absorbed into anything plastic that is washed in the dishwasher including the dishwasher itself. I have a nice stainless travel mug with a plastic closure. I cannot use it anymore as the coffee tastes like soap!!! Really bad, had to dump the coffee.
