I buy these in bulk at Sam's. I have went through two 90 pack containers. Yesterday, they had to take my dishwasher apart because all those plasticky wrappers around the cascade completes had become wrapped around the moving parts of the dishwasher and the screens. After this newest container is gone, I will go back to using the cascade liquid.

This product is amazing at cleaning dishes. BUT… if yoyr dish is not glass, ceramic, or metal, it will leave an ENORMOUS soap build up on your dishware that comes through in the taste of liquid or food you put in the dishware! My coffee put in plastic cups, of soups stirred with plastic utensils tasted SOMUCH LIKE SOAP that i could not eat/drink the food or beverage.

It is so easy to use just drop a packet in. I am really happy these came with my new dishwasher otherwise I may never have tried them. The ones I use also smell good.

This product looked convenient and I generally use Cascade Complete - and am satisfied with that product. The dishes came out with a film that was obvious to the touch. Tea cups had residue inside. A plastic container still had tomato sauce. If there were an option for no stars, that would be my rating. What an expensive disappointment. I won't use the rest of the package but will discard it.

I really enjoy this product! I like the convenience and how it cleans my dishes. There was one time I did have a film on the dishes on top, but I then realized I must have over filled on the bottom. I do rinse my dishes before I place them in the dishwasher. If I know it's going to be a while before I wash the contents, I put it on the rinse and hold cycle. This also helps. I have recommended this product to friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Cascade for years and it does a great job getting dishes and glassware clean and germ free. It is easy to use and doesn't clog up the drain or dishwasher. IT also doesn't leave any film on the dishes or glassware.

I do love the scent of the Thai Dragon Cascade but was sorely disappointed to discover that the pink liquid in at least half of the pacs was missing which computes to a disappointing waste of money. However, after years of purchasing Cascade this is the first time I have experienced a problem with the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Cascade Platinum "pods" for several months and I find my dishes are actually cleaner than when I was using the Cascade powder or the Finish products. My current Whirlpool dishwasher was purchased in 1999 and I know it needs replacing but I am now living on a widows pension and there is no room for new appliances without going into debt.

For a year I was passing coupons for this product to a friend as I was happy with the product I was using at the time.But two tabs later, I was hooked.DO not like highly scented products, and the tab is one size fits all situation.But I cannot fault it on cleaning and I do not prerinse..just remove food bit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never thought I'd find a dishwasher detergent that would scrub off baked on food but Cascade Platinum Pacs cleans just as well as if I scrubbed these dishes and pans individually. My glasses and plates shine with no soap scum.
