The new Cascade leaves a film on my dishes and glasses in spite of the fact that each item is pre-rinsed. I have always used Jet-Dry which used to be satisfactory. Since Cascade formula has changed, nothing has eliminated the dull look of my glasses and the rough residue left on my dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't have to wash dishes more than 1-2 times a week & there are times where an ordinary product wouldn't cut the grime and residue but Cascade ALWAYS manages to give my dishes, etc. the sparkle they should get. I CANNOT rave enough about your product!! To put it short & sweetly, CASCADE ALWAYS GETS THE JOB DONE, IT NEVER FAILS!!!! Thanks for such a dependable product!!! Sincerely, Debra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have hard water. Our dishwasher is always spotty and lime residue is present. The dishes would come out much the same way. I was using other brands and also using lemishine additive to help with spots and residue. I tried the cascade complete and WOW...amazing!!! I no longer need to add vinegar or lemishine to my dishwasher and my dishes look great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Cascade Platinum. It is the only dishwasher product I will use I have tried several other brands, but nothing compares to the sparkling results I get with Cascade Platinum. My dishes , pots and pans and glassware come out squeaky clean. The best there is on the market and reasonably priced too.

Cascade Platinum is the only dishwasher detergent that dioes not leave a line of greasy plaque along the bottom of the door where hinge meets dishwasher vault bottom. Things come out sparkling clean. We use both sterling and stainless flatware, and I put both in the dishwasher with Cascade Platinum. No damage, no erosion, no etching. And by the ;way, I do not detect any scent/fragrance whatsoever. Will use nothing else.

The blue/green product often leaves a powdery film on the dishes, and it has ruined several pieces of lucite (clear plastic) that I own. Previously I had used the yellow/orance packets and they worked fine. I believe there should be a warning about this. I have two Tupperware bowls that are part lucite and were expensive and they are ruined by this product. It has also ruined two pitchers and some glasses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like Cascade platinum. It out perform the other name brand products. It leaves the glasses spot free and my copper bottom pans looking shiny like new. It is the best that I found and. I will continue to purchase this product.

I can't believe the people that wrote good reviews! I have used these packs three times and each time I am having to wash all the silverware by hand after the cycle finishes! So spotty, it's embarrassing! And there is more stuck on food than with my old pack. The stuff that I was using prior to this was better than this. I am going to get my money back!! For once, I wish a product lived up to it's hype!

Normally I am happy with Cascade Complete Pacs dish washing tablets but the last pack I purchased has not work to my liking. About the last 5 out of 6 washings the tablets did not dissolve in the washing. The last one I used seemed solid and not powdery. I am now running a load to wash the load that the tablets didn't dissolve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these easy to use little pods of wonderful! The dishes come out clean and without the ugly water marks, even if I do not prewash them. The smell of the pods while the dishwasher is running is great and refreshing....and I love having clean dishes !!
