I have used Cascade in my dishwashers exclusively for the the last 27 years and loved it until my last purchase a month ago. I purchased a pack of Cascade Complete All in One Action Pacs, the same product I have been using for quite some time. My dishes no longer look or feel clean at the end of the cycle. My white mugs have tea stains, all the plates feel coated. The stainless isn't clean. I have run 2 to 3 loads a week for the past month, same results every load. This is not the Cascade I have been using for 27 years! The dishes look like I only ran the rinse cycle, not a wash cycle. I have had full loads, small loads, daytime loads and overnight loads. All with the same result, dirty dishes! I am so dissatisfied, I have purchased another brand before finishing all that was left in the package. It's either use a different brand or wash by hand. What is happening to P&G's products? Where is the quality that consumers have come to trust? This is not the first P&G product to fail me. Others include Gain detergent, which leaves bleach like stains on my clothing and Iams and Eukanuba dog food, which my dogs refuse to eat.

I recently purchased the "New Zealand" spring scents cascade action pacs. I had run out of detergent and for several days a full load sat in my washer. I do pre-rinse but just under the faucet. This is the best cascade yet. I ran the basic cycle of my washer and not only was the smell coming from it really pleasant but my dishes also smell nice and clean and they were!!! I will look for this each time I shop from this point on...thanks for making my job easier!!!

When I opened her dishwasher I was appalled at what I saw, a thick buildup of white scale. I advised her to use Cascade Platinum and after a few washings the dishwasher looks great. As I say "Mom knows best". Today I am celebrating 84 years.

We are so frustrated. We tried out the Actionpacs, and thought we would be as satisfied as with their biggest competitor. I used three different cycles (all hot water) and three different packets in our dishwasher that we've purchased in the last year, and they will not break open. I find them whole at the bottom of the dishwasher. Not only that, but I moved them from the package to my own container only to find them all stuck together. JUST TERRIBLE!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade cleans dishes and doesn't leave water spots. It is the most effective and easiest detergent that I have ever used. Although a little more expensive than other brands, it is definitely worth the money.

I have never been so disappointed and frustrated with a product to write a company. Hopefully, P&G actually reads and cares. I understand the purpose of the new formula, but surely you can do something to compensate and eliminate the nasty white film being left on and ruining my dishes. I know multiple people who have blamed and replaced their dishwashers, when it has nothing to do with the dishwasher but the detergent. So incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Time to go back to hand washing.

My dishwasher is about 10 years old but the cascade keeps it cleaning like brand new. Even when I put something in there and think, I wonder if it's going to clean it, it does with Cascade Platinum

Wow they are not he same. I couldn't believe how clean my dishes were after just one use of cascade. I always thought it was my dishwasher. What a wonderful surprise. I do not have to replace my dishwasher.

But no more! Simply pop a Cascade Platinum packet in the dishwasher and it works like a charm - no fuss, no muss. Oh, and it works quite well! No pre-washing or post-washing needed!
