I like the idea fo the pacs but just one does not clean my dishes. I have to put 2 pacs in each time I run the dishwasher. This is not an economical way to clean dishes. I also wonder what it is doing to the septic tank I would welcome any thoughts you might have and a solution..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where I live we have hard water. This caused a 'spot' problem until I found Cascade complete. My son would forget to rinse his dishes before placing them in the dishwasher...this sometimes (okay, always) caused the need for a second washing for some dishes. Not with Cascade Complete, always clean the first time.

We have very hard water with iron in it. The only product that gets the dishes clean is the Cascade Complete with bleach and Hydroaction in the GEL. Be sure you only buy the gel. The store was out of the gel one time, so I tried the powder and it is terrible!!!! it left all the plastic and glass with a white smokey looking film and we could not get it off!!! It ruined all my plastic containers and cups. I will never buy the powder again, but the gel is the Best

I have tried other brands but this is the brand for me.Nothing cleans as well as Cascade.And as for the pacs,the convenience of it all being pre measured,no messy filling of the dispenser.It works for me! My mother used Cascade and I've been using it in my home now for the past 30 years!!! Don't deny yourself this luxury at an affordable price!

I've used many dishwasher detergents through the years and could never find that perfect one that would do everything that it was supposed to until I found Cascade All-In-1 Action Pacs! Now I know that I can set the dishwasher and let it go and get the results that i want and not have to re-wash some of them by hand to my satisfaction.

I used power for several years and as my dishwasher got older it did not remove all powder residue but I liked the way it cleaned. I tried liquid but was not as pleased with the cleaning. I changed to the convenient liquid/powder action packs and just love the cleaning. This is the best product design for having the best of both worlds. Thank you!!!

Due to budget constraints, I often have to go with the least expensive products. I received a trial pack and was so blown away by how well it worked, that I was hooked! A bargain isn't really a bargain if you have to do it twice or use twice as much! I barely rinse any more! The glasses are crystal clear, none of that haze that I used to get with the bargain brands! I am definitely a fan and a long term customer! Thanks so much!

I have been a loyal Cascade user since forever....but the 60 Action Pacs (4x concentration) touted to "rinse away residue" and "Leave dishes sparkling" do anything but! My dishes are coated in a white substance which is difficult to get off glasses. My silverware (Dansk) looks ruined and I can't seem to get the white coating off.....and glasses feel etched out. I don't have a receipt anymore for a refund. I am very disappointed and won't get these again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like having to "prewash" the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. With Cascade Complete I just load dishes, put in Cascade Complete, turn on dishwasher and forget it. I always have clean dishes. Great product!

I live in an AIR CONDITIONED house in New Orleans. In 2 of the last 3 dishwasher loads I've done with ActionPacs (with Dawn), the pacs remained UNOPENED after the load is done (despite putting rinse agent UP one time, DOWN the next). (Yes, I HAVE sealed the big package each time.) SUGGEST field research be done in hot humid climate (Summer!) as I wonder if ambient humidity causes pac to stick.... (In general, I LIKE this product: glasses are clean and streak-free which is my "acid test"....) Suggestions???
