I have been using Cascade powder since the early 1970's. I have tried others and always went back to Cascade. It USED to be an excellent product. Now, however, with your changed formula, I hate, hate, hate, hate it. It does not clean and leaves a crusty white film on EVERYTHING. The flatware especially, has food and crust dried on it. I have to soak and hand wash EVERYTHING now after going through a cycle with the new Cascade. And to suggest that I use another one of your expensive products with it is outrageous. I have a new dishwasher and always use Hi-temp wash and Sani-rinse. Proctor and Gamble had to know the new product did not clean. Take it off the market until you come up with something better. If I could give this product a minus score, it would be —100 stars. What a worthless product!

I bought Casacade extraAction the 110 pacs and they all leak the blue liquid (Dawn) out in the container and they are all stuck together so when I use one in my dishwasher it only has the white powder on the one side that does the washing. I always used Cascade powder in the box until I bought these but I would not buy these again and will use a different product from now on.

My pan lids will never look shiny and pretty like they did before I made the mistake of purchasing this new Cascade. I had used it for years, and now that what ever in the detergent has been changed, my pans look as old as they really are. I feel they have all been ruined, and i'm no happy with Cascade any more. I will tell all of my friends to NOT purchase the new product, but find a different brand. What a disappointment to open the dishwasher and wonder what the heck went wrong?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave a high end dishwasher that I was ready to throw out the window. 2 repair men later and it still left All my dishes with a horrible white film and just not clean. I used several detergents and was using liquid Cascade. I saw a commercial for the platinum which said it would take care of that. I I saw a sample pack for a dollar and tried it. I could not believe the difference! It was like I had a new dishwasher. I actually took a black plate out and ran it across the house to show my husband. He's wondering what happened. I said it's the detergent. No I use the platinum combined with oxyclean rinse and I can have sparkling clean dishes. My husband is happy because I'm not shopping washers anymore. I was 1 step away. I never write reviews but I am so excited I have clean dishes finally!

I am so highly impressed with how clean my dishes are I had to write this. My dishwasher is old but has never cleaned very well. That is until now! I think Cascade Complete is the best product to hit the market in ages. All the old buildup is gone from my dishes and I am totally amazed how clean they are. I think it is the best product P&G had ever made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have very hard water in our house and Cascade Platinum works better than any other brad that I have tried when it comes to getting everything clean as well as not leaving a hard water film behind!

I have always used Cascade and been proud of my dishes. Lately my dishes come out looking dirtier than they were put in. I have to use a scouring pad to get the film off my dishes and flatware after they have been washed..... Was this product not tested before it was put on the market? I am so disappointed.

I am so disappointed in this new Cascade Complete gel. I have been buying Cascade gel ever since it came out and I loved it. This new product is horrible. I've purchased two large bottles now, one with bleach and one without. Both bottles ran watery liquid with the first washes and now I can't get the remaining "slush" out, not even after shaking the bottle well first. My dishes now all have a film coating them and need to be rinsed before use. My stainless items are starting to pit and turn dark and spotted. I am not purchasing this item again until I know that the product works as it did before. This is ridiculous.
