This was my frist time using cascades complete, on the package it states, no pre-rince needed, so I put my dishes in the dish waser amd when the cycles were done I was excited to see that it worked, I pulled out a plate and there was grease and food peices left on the plate. I wasn't happy.

I was skeptical buying these as i had not used pacs before , and my cascade gel was not getting the dishes clean..Well i had a few things to see happen as i also have well water which is very hard and left behind water stains in my "NEW" Dishwasher..The first time i used it and since i was beyond impressed when not only were the dishes all clean with no residue or food left , but the dish washer was sparkling clean with most of the prior water stains removed..Those still complaining either just had a washer which could not do the job or another issue because the fault would no be the actionpacs because they went above and beyond what i expected..My only question to Cascade is why not make your liquid detergent with Dawn like in the past? Thank You..

I started using these in May. They are wonderful! My glassware is so much cleaner, and I don't have to deal with buying and loading in a rinse agent. My machine is 10 years old, and I thought I needed to replace it because my dishes would have residue remaining. However, since I've been using these little pacs, my dishes are much cleaner than they had been. They fit well into my dispenser, and there was no mess.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not been happier with a dishwashing detergent until I used cascade platinum. It always gives me clean dishes without any residue. And, the clean scent leaves the dishwasher smelling great time after time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using Cascade Platinum about 3 months ago. No turning back to any other product. Not only are my dishes/glasses sparkling clean, they also have no water spots. No more wiping down dishes and glasses when removing them from the dishwasher. My dishwasher is also incredibly clean after each cycle. No residue or stain marks any longer. What's not to love!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade is the absolute best ! If one store is out of stock I will not buy any other brand , I'll go to a different store to find it . It honestly is the only product that I use that gets my dishes sparkling clean !

I bought Cascade All-in-one action packs. They aren't sold here in the little plastic container, but are instead sold in a little bag, and some of the packs get smushed easily, in a busy kitchen or crowded cabinets or cupboards. That however is my only complaint. My dishes, and particularly my tupperware, have never looked better than they do now, and the stainless steel interior of my stainless steel dishwasher sparkles too... no more residue or powder!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used this for years. Wish it was a little better at removing hard water spotting and marks from dishes, but overall it is a very good dishwasher detergent. Leaves spots sometimes but gets dishes cleaner than many other products I have used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am disabled which leaves most of our housework to my Husband. He is a typical man and doesn't always take the time to rinse the dishes before loading the dishwasher. Thank goodness for Cascade Complete it gives us totally clean dishes and keeps my dishwasher in good shape at the same time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had used Cascade in the past, but switched to a different brand due to "the economy". I received a sample of the Cascade Complete Action Gel pacs and have to say I am impressed. Not only did the dishes come out clean without any stuck on food residue, but the glasses were sparkling without that film you sometimes get. I am sold on this product and will purchase it again!
