[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love and will only use cascade. other name brands leave streaks or don't clean at all, or you have to run the wash through twice. you get what you pay for and sometimes it pays to get a better name brand. also all my appliances are whirlpool. they last forever and are top quality appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Cascade for many, many years beginning with the powder. I love the pacs as they are so easy to use. These particular pacs are the best cleaning ones I have tried and love that they include grease fighting Dawn as well!

Love your product. The only complaint we have is opening the package of Cascade ActionPacs. My husband had to use a pair of pliers to get the latest pkg. open. Needless to say he was quite frustrated. It says "tear here", but that very seldom works. Many times have to use scissors to open the pkg.

I have used Cascade powder as long as I can remember. Always thought it was a great product. I have been having trouble with my new dishwasher cleaning the dishes, so I thought I would try another of Cascades cleaners. I bought the Platinum packs and I am very disappointed. I have tried them for 5 loads, one of them EMPTY, and the pack does not come out of the dispenser when it opens and therefore does not dissolve. So dishes are not clean! I have picture if you want it! Cascade, you have to do better than that!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade Platinum Pacs I was using the Cascade Complete product and my clear glasses were getting cloudy, the dishes required pre-cleaning prior to placing them in my dishwasher so I decided to try the Platinum tabs and after two washes my glasses were clear again, dishes were not requiring any pre-cleaning and the pots and pans are now coming clean the dishwasher. Thank you for a great product.

Trying to save money I bought a store brand dishwashing pouch. Boy was I surprised at the difference between the cheaper brand and my usual Cascade brand. I will never do that again as the other product left a residue on the dishes. I felt like the dishes were not clean let alone sparkling. Thanks you Cascade All-in-One.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only dishwashing detergent I use in my machine. It works great. The smell is nice. I have been using it for years. Cascade Platinum are the best. Yes I would recommend it to family and friends.

I have used Cascade for at least 45 years and have always been satisfied. With this new product, every metal pan, cookie sheet, etc. is left with a black residue on it that must be washed off after coming out of the dishwasher. Any cloth I use on these items, is left with black smudges and my hands are smudged after putting the dishes away. We do not have hard water.

I guess this product was made for newer dishwashers only. I could not shut the soap dispenser in my dishwasher. I smashed the actionpac as flat as I could without bursting it open but still wouldn't shut. It worked just average for me so maybe not shutting the dispenser it didn't go off the right time. Don't really know. I still had chunks of stuff dried on.
