To begin with p&g must know this product is a problem for the length of the legal liability disclaimer we must read and authorize before we can review it. We have used Cascade powdered dish detergent for many years and have always had good results also the price was good. Within the last year I noticed a packaging change and the addition of Advanced Power to the box. We have some black plastic kitchen utensils, and I immediately noticed a white residue on these utensils at the end of the cycle. This residue turns out to be a permanent discoloration. I immediately switched back to the original Cascade but now have found that apparently it has been replaced and no longer available in the stores I shop in in Orlando. I now have noticed that my aluminum pans and some of my stainless silverware is also discoloring. Needless to say we are quite disappointed and will no longer be using your product. Wish their was a way for you to return to the original formula.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use Cascade product most often for my dishwasher. When I receive a coupon for another brand i sometimes give it a shot but find myself always coming back to Cascade. My dishes are are clean and my glasses have NO streaks. I can unload my dishwasher knowing my dishes are super clean and have no residue but just a clean shine. Love MY Cascade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These always seems to get the dishes pretty clean except for some of the rice or sauce, but they don't always dissolve all the way so it seems the dishes are not fully cleaned. They are no problems with the way the dishes dry which is a nice bonus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who is not home to do dishes often, I know I can count on my cascade power pac to break through grease that has been on my dishes for sometimes 5+ days (gasp!). My dishes always come out clean and clear and its great to have a reliable product I can count on now and in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No matter how dirty my dishes and glasses are, Cascade Platinum ActionPacs get them sparkling clean. I really like not having to measure the amount of dishwasher detergent, and I especially like the fact that this product is the best one that I have ever used in my dishwasher.

I have been a long time user of Cascade but I will never purchase or use your products ever again. I hate your new formula. In reading all the other reviews concerning your new formula it's pretty obvious no one is happy with them. All my plastics come out with a thick white film that is impossible to remove. I seriously spent 45 minutes last night scrubbing one peice. Do you have any idea how much extra water and liquid dish soap I had to use to remove it? It was a lot and I can't imagine that is very "eco friendly". Way to fail on your "new" product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The improved Cascade Platinum Pacs make my dishes shine! There is no worrying about checking for leftover dried food on the dishes. The key to clean dishes is guaranteed with Cascade Platinum Pacs!!

I was frankly stunned to see how clean and shiny my dishes were after using the Cascade Complete pacs in my dishwasher. I'd been having lots of trouble getting dishes and stainless tableware truly clean. We changed our water system, got a new dishwasher and still the knives showed deposits. One washing with Cascade Complete made everything cleaner and shinier than they'd been in months. Wow! The formula must be perfect for our area and our water. Just wanted you to know. Thanks! Great product!

I have the Cascade/Dawn packets and even the Cascade Advance powder. It is leaving residue on my plastic restaurant type cups and getting worse! I had an old box of Cascade I found under my sink and used it. It went back to what I love...everything nice, clean and NO residue on anything. Beginning to think handwashing is the way to go. Even my dishwasher racks have residue all over. Very frustrating when you have a family and very busy. Been forever user of Cascade. So sad it's not working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was never one to think one brand of dishwashing soap was better than another but I found out that wasn't true. I was given a sample of Cascade Platinum and immediately saw a difference in the clean and sparkle of my dishes, glasses and utensils. Even the inside of my dishwasher looks better. You could not pay me enough to switch to another brand!
