I don't mind paying more but you have taken out an ingrediient and the dishes and glasses do not look clean. I saw on world news that people in Washington state drove to another state to get detergient that had the former ingredient in it. You have taken it out because it is bad for the envirment but I am having to look for other dish soap that make my dishes clean and skin. My niece agrees with me.

It changed me over to Cascade for good! I do not use anything but Cascade Platinum and I couldn't be happier with how great my dishes, pots and pans and everything comes out!

I have really enjoyed the results of this product, it has made my older dishwasher look new again, it cleaned and brightened up the inside of the dishwasher. It is really a great product, made everything come out so clean and the fresh smell was very nice. Was thinking it was time to replace my Bosch dishwasher.. nothing coming clean, film on everything. Then I borrowed a few of these pacs from a friend who swears by them. Not only my dishes super clean again, but even my dishwasher is cleaner and fresher! I thought all detergents were the same, and always bought the cheapest. Learned some things are worth paying for.

I truly was pleased with the outcome. It took off some of the hard grime that was left on the plates. Great stuff!

I have been a chef for 28 years and I have seen so many dish nightmares. The hardest things to clean are stuck on pots and pans with eggs and cheeses etc. I used to live in NY where the wather was clean and easy to wash things. Now where we live we have very hard water and it is full of iron and other deposits that make it very hard to keep your dishes clean and spot free. I recently purchased a new dishwasher for my home and was quite disapointed with other products that left spots and other food on the dishes and glasses. I tried Cascade Complete all in one by chance one day assuming that all of the detergents would work the same with this horrible water we have. I show everyone that comes over how beautiful my dishes are. I have put in frying pans with stuck on eggs, saute pans with really stuck on cheeses and other food and the dishes are not only clean but they sparkle! Like brand new. I am so amazed with this product.

It has consistently made all kitchen tools,plates and glasses spotless. Also the dishes are left to the touch dry and clean. No film or residue. No expensive dishwasher needed .

I like the product's cleaning power of the dishes very much, and how well the it keeps the dish machine clean. My only complaint is that it is SO HARD to get the bottle open! I'm elderly with arthritic hands, making it impossible to grip the lid and turn at the same time. I have to wait until someone comes who can manage the bottle cap! Surely there could be a solution to this kind of problem?
