I HAVE BEEN USING CASCADE FOR MANY YEARS, AND IT WORKED GREAT. THE NEW CASCADE EXTRA ACTION PUTS A WHITE FILM ON ALL THE DISHES AND CAN'T GET IT OFF. I TRIED TO CLEAN THE DISHWASHER AND EVEN HAD A REPAIR GUY OUT. STILL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. WHEN I USE THE REGULAR CASCADE IT WORKS GREAT. SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE ONE I HAVE. I WON'T BE BUYING ANY MORE.

After having a sample pack of this I knew this was my brand what I had been searching for! My dishes are sparkling clean again and no water spots!

I am a faithful Cascade user, who has been using Cascade since it was a powder. I take pride in cleanliness of all in my life and especially my dishes, glasses and silverware. I was so happy when they came out with the gel packs that made it less of a mess to use and easy to do. I have tried them all and was happy to see one that said will "power away 24 hour stuck on food". I do one load of dishes a day, after dinner. All the dishes throughout the day are rinsed and put into the washer and the dinner dishes are put in there as well the same way. As a test, I had put in one casserole dish that had potatoes in it, scrapped out all the excess and put directly into the washer and it came out dirty. I have also found that my silver has had stuff on them as well. I was highly disappointed in the product that it did not work as stated and the stuck on food was only stuck on for about 2 hrs and did not come clean, never mind 24 hours.

Since we switched to the Platinum Pacs our dishes and glasses are very clear now. Before they were dull and the glasses looked milky. The Platinum pacs really make a difference and we don't have to pre-rinse dishes anymore. We really prefer the Platinum pacs over all the other types.

CAN YOU PLEASE MAKE A DETERGENT THAT DOES NOT SMELL! I DO NOT COOK FOOD TO TASTE LIKE A MOUNTAIN BREEZE OR CITRUS WHAT EVER. I CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS BOTTLE TO BE GONE! PLEASE JUST MAKE SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT LEAVE MY DISHES TASTING LIKE MY LAUNDRY!!!!!!

As long as the really dirty dishes are rinsed, this does get them clean; I've never tried pots and pans. The biggest bummer is that it does leave spots on the dishes after the cycle ends. I'm honestly not a huge fan of fragrance and some of the other chemicals in it, but it does get my dishes clean.

I honestly figured they were all the same. These pacs made my dishes all clean and looked wonderful coming out of the washer. I'm extremely happy with them and will continue to use them over the other brands.

I love the Platinum pacs! For months I had been trying to find a way to get rid of the haze on my glasses & crystal. Tried several things & spent lots of time & money with no success. The first time I used the platinum pacs my glasses came out sparkling. I was thrilled!

We recently moved and no longer have a dishwasher but in previous Home cascade was the only product I would buy for the dishwasher, it worked much better than any other products I tried. The value for the price was the best deal I ever found as well!

Not only does the complete pac work well..............but my HUSBAND will finally put the little pac in the dishwasher basket and actually run the dishwasher.....and that is an even deeper "well..." Apparently this appears a lot easier to him than pouring liquid from the bottle - no decision on how much to use. But I must say, I love the convenience ...as well.
