[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is hard water in this area, and it's hard to find something that really works. Cascade Platinum does! I don't even have to use any additives or supplements to the dishwasher. Cleans thoroughly and doesn't leave a residue or spots. Love it.

I have always used Cascade products and I have recently used Cascade Platinum. When I first used it there was no build up on my dishes esp my cups. The smell was great. I will use this product again because it def gets my dishes clean like I want them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first tried Cascade Platinum Packs on a load of wine glasses that needed to be washed for an upcoming party we were having. I usually have to rinse and dry them to remove film and water stains, but not when I used the Cascade Platinum packs. I was able to take the glasses from dishwasher to party with no work in between. Since then, I've been using them for our everyday washes and I love how I don't need to pre-rinse. I also love how they don't get stuck together in the package the way many gel packs do.

I love my Cascade Platinum. My dishes are always clean and with 2 teenagers and a 10 yr. old plus 3 adults in the house we have a lot of dishes and a lot of them put in the dishwasher with dried on ( I'm not sure what) food. Thanks Cascade for all your products.

Sorry Cascade - you lost a consumer of 30 years. Dishes and stainless steel looked like they were ruined. Enter Lemi Shine! Ran a load after Christmas meal - what a difference in my dishes and glasses. Film was gone - glasses clear - stainless still beautiful. Pulled out all my glasses and dishes in the cabinet that were covered with film to run through the dishwasher.

I recently moved into an apartment that had a new dishwasher and I thought I would have no trouble getting my dishes clean. That was not the case! I would have to pre-rinse and some times even hand wash loads of dishes that ran through the dishwasher! I was so upset. Until I used a coupon for Cascade All-in-One Action Pacs. i love the cascade power gels. i wont use anything else. they get all my dirty dishes so clean. its so amazing. i would reccommend this to everyone that i know. my mother in law is now using them. u cant beat the price. please give them a try. it fights caked on food, and gets the dishes sparkling clean.

We recently bought a package of 60 action pacs. The pacs did not dissolve in the dishwasher. We attempted to use the pacs three times with the same result - the pacs did not dissolve. We now have 57 action pacs that we will not use. Very disappointed that I spent the money on such a large package of a useless product.

I have been a chef for 28 years and I have seen so many dish nightmares. The hardest things to clean are stuck on pots and pans with eggs and cheeses etc. I used to live in NY where the wather was clean and easy to wash things. Now where we live we have very hard water and it is full of iron and other deposits that make it very hard to keep your dishes clean and spot free. I recently purchased a new dishwasher for my home and was quite disapointed with other products that left spots and other food on the dishes and glasses. I tried Cascade Complete all in one by chance one day assuming that all of the detergents would work the same with this horrible water we have. I show everyone that comes over how beautiful my dishes are. I have put in frying pans with stuck on eggs, saute pans with really stuck on cheeses and other food and the dishes are not only clean but they sparkle! Like brand new. I am so amazed with this product.
