I tried to the off brands but I always went back to Cascade, starting with the powder, then the gel but the pacs are the way to go. Easy to throw in the dishwasher, dishes always come clean with a brilliant shine and smell so refreshing.

I recently purchased cascade complete tablets and have used them the last 3 cycles. Mostly I'm attempting to re-wash the same load and hoping the tablets will work. But with all three loads, the same, during the second cleaning the tablet doesn't dissolve. I need to request my money back. I'm returning to the regular tablets from now on.

Nothing but nothing has cleaned my pans, dishes, glasses, silverware like Cascade Platinum Action Packs have. No scrapping no soaking needed, just load the dishwasher correctly and run it thru. If you used the rest and have not been satisfied, Time To Use The Best, you will be happy that you did!

I have been using Cascade products since the invention of the dishwasher. I refused to use other dishwashing products due to my overwhelming satisfaction with Cascade products. With the purchase of the Cascade Complete, I NOW have white film all over my dishes. I worried about why. Additionally, my daughter, using the same product with a different dishwasher in a different water supplier, had the same results. I discovered it had nothing to do with my dishwasher, water, or process, but rather the Cascade product. I will NOT purchase any more of this and will try my best to get my money back and purchase another competitors product! Complete mess!

This product is amazing. I had my doubts before I used it, but those changed quickly. I also love the individual wrapping for each washing cycle. It helps to save on over using the product, thus saving money and the environment. I'm guilty of leaving my dishes in the sink for a few days and this product cheerfully removes stuck-on gunk still! They should change the title on it from 24hrs to 72hrs. Love it.

The extra cost makes a big difference when you're dealing with the items with and off of which you eat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Superior cleaning in a dishwashing product! Minimal scrubbing on my dishes and yet they come out sparkling clean and streak free. My family will be lifetime users of Cascade Platinum! Great value with great results, you will not be disappointed.

With a new JennAir dishwasher these were the recommended dishwashing product. They turned out not to work well at all! It is always a mystery as to what is going to be in the dishwasher when we open it up. Once in a while it is clean, but most often the packets are only partially consumed and leaves residue everywhere. I am not happy and will move to another product. Really disappointed.

It blasts away the nasty, yukie stuck on leftover food from all your dishes. It not only makes your dishes sparkle, your pots, pans look immaculate, but it helps keep your dishwasher clean from all the grim from food particles and even hardwater!!!! Cascade complete is exactly what it says...complete! I will never use another product in my dishwasher again! I love it!!! Cascade complete rocks!!!!!

I'm now running my dishwasher for the 3rd time since I've had 2 run-throughs with cascade action pacs that didn't dissolve. I'm using a finish power ball this time!! This isn't the first time this has happened & I'm throwing away the 20+ action pacs I have left. That's lost money plus all the water I've wasted having to rerun the dishwasher each time this happens.
