Gone are the days of messy powders and gels that are impossible to pour into the detergent receptacle, and don't work well once you get them in there. The little pacs are so neat and convenient. They work on the toughest dried on and cooked on food residue. Since I have started using these, I have never had to re-wash a single plate, glass, or utensil.

Just put in the dishwasher, and let cascade do the work - whether pots, silverware, plates,... name it, Cascade will clean it!

I have tried other products. I have tried home made cleansers. Nothing would get my dishes clean, and they always come out of the dishwasher looking cloudy. I went back to hand washing my dishes. As a last resort I used Cascade Complete. Everything comes out squeaky clean now! This is the very best dishwasher detergent!

I tried this for the first time the other day. All my dishes were clean but I was most impressed because I have a set of glasses that have recessed bottoms on them. Not only were the glasses clean but the WATER in the bottom of the glasses was clean.

I have been a Cascade user for 20+ years. No more!! The new formula is just awful! Chalky residue that requires re-washing everything that comes out of my dishwasher is left on everything. The no phosphates formula may be "green" except that I have to use twice the amount of water to clean my dishes. Who knows what that residue is puting into my family...most likely is not good for us. I should not need to leap tall buildings and use "helper" products to make this diswasher power do it's advertized work. Sorry Cascade...I have moved on.

Everything else left food residue on my pots and pans… potato starch, egg, burned on food, etc. YUCK! Either had to prewash or rewash all the time. THIS STUFF WORKS. No more problems and no more prewashing. Just scrape and load into dishwasher. Only the very worst burned on messes need any rewashing (and usually pretty easy). In addition, I no longer need to use the high-temp setting saving money on my electric bill. More than makes up for the higher cost of this product. Even the fast wash cycle works. As the laziest house keeper in the world, I am happy with this version of Cascade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using a store brand dishwasher detergent and thought I needed a new dishwasher. My dishes looked old and cloudy. I bought cascade platinum to try and was amazed with the results in just one use. I will never go back to store brand again. My dishes and glasses shine.

We performed the acid test: We packed wine glasses on the top rack, with a baked on potatoes au gratin pan AND a pecan pie pan in the bottom. ALL came clean! The cheese baked on crust was gone. The ooey-gooey pecan pie was gone. The glasses were perfectly clean, as were the pans and the silverware and plates. Much praise goes to the Cascade Complete and the Bosch dishwasher combination. Simply AWESOME!
