I started having problems with my Cascade packets ---the stick to the detergent camber and don't open completely---this is starting to happen quite frequently --- I have purchased these packets for a while ---I did purchased a larger carton and these are about a year old ---could this be the problem and if so could I bypass the detergent chamber and just place the packet in the dishwasher tub? Any help out there with the same issue?

I decided to purchase the Cascade complete w/Dawn pacs because I had heard and read good reviews, and so far I have been disappointed. My wife drinks tea and since we started using the pacs every mug she uses has "tea stains". This did not happen with the Cascade complete powder. I do not think I will buy the pacs again!

I Love the All In 1 myself so I gave my Daughter-In -Law a few of them. She had never used a dishwasher (correctly) Until now. I say this only because, she never pre-rinsed the dishes, so my son had the dishpan hands. All I can say is "Thanks Cascade for the New All-n-1." Now my son does not have to re-wash the dishes.

I usually do just a quick rinse before loading the dishwasher...now if I forget it's no big deal. Who knew you could add three ingredients into such a small pack and have it tackle the biggest, greasiest kitchenware? Not me! So many brands promise this, that and the other...Cascade does the job plus some. For me it's a keeper!

I am a faithful Cascade user, who has been using Cascade since it was a powder. I take pride in cleanliness of all in my life and especially my dishes, glasses and silverware. I was so happy when they came out with the gel packs that made it less of a mess to use and easy to do. I have tried them all and was happy to see one that said will "power away 24 hour stuck on food". I do one load of dishes a day, after dinner. All the dishes throughout the day are rinsed and put into the washer and the dinner dishes are put in there as well the same way. As a test, I had put in one casserole dish that had potatoes in it, scrapped out all the excess and put directly into the washer and it came out dirty. I have also found that my silver has had stuff on them as well. I was highly disappointed in the product that it did not work as stated and the stuck on food was only stuck on for about 2 hrs and did not come clean, never mind 24 hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used the Cascade brand to clean my dishes, but as an allergy sufferer, I dont need to be offended by one more scented product. How about an unscented version of a great dishwasher detergent? Who needs scented pots and pans anyway??

In my household, we usually always buy cascade dish detergent. We used to use the powder then moved to pacs with both liquid and powder. When I bought them this week I went to use one and it was stuck to another and when I tried to separate them they broke and oozed all over. I normally dont have this issue. Maybe the store stocked them too full and they were crushed together, I'm not sure, it's just frustrating spending so much for dish detergent and some of the product being defective.

I was ready to start washing dishes by hand, because my 20+ year old dishwasher wasn't getting my dishes clean anymore. But before I gave up completely, I decided to try one more product, and that was Cascade Platinum. It works like no other product I've ever tried. I highly recommend it if you're tired of re-washing your dishes or ready to start washing everything by hand. Who wants to do that?
