I usually need to soak pots and pans before loading them into the dishwasher. I decided I would really test these babies out, so I put a horrendously dirty casserole dish with tons of stuck-on food into the dishwasher. It came out sparkling clean! I was shocked. I'm guessing it's the Dawn, but WOW! It was almost like I had a brand-new dishwasher again!

I've been using Cascade since we got the dishwasher (approx 8 years ago). I decided to try the Cascade complete (because I had tried the Cascade with Dawn and liked it) last week and was very disappointed. I even took out some of the dishes and washed the load again with the same resutls. My glasses, dishes, silverware and plastics were covered with a chalky film. I was so disappointed, and of course since I've previously used and loved Cascade products, I bought the big bag. I don't even think I'll finish the bag and I certanily won't buy this product again.

My dishes always are the cleanest when I use this.... left on dried food, etc. I even wash my air vents and other household items in the dishwasher with this because I know it will come out clean, degreased, and smelling fresh. They are so easy I can let my young granddaughter put the pack in the dishwasher, close the top, close the dishwasher and push start. (Of course with supervision) The product works exceptionally. Well on dried on food and dairy products. A problem in a three generation household.

I've tried other brands of dishwasher tablets and they always leave my dishes spotted and less than clean. Sometimes I even had to run 2 cycles. Talk about a time and money waster! I love Cascade Platinum Pacs! I no longer have to run my dishwasher through several cycles on the heavy setting to get them clean and I have more time to make memories with my son.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this product because it is so easy and simple to use and being a stay at home mom with two kids, we run the dishwasher often during the week. I can just grab a pack, pop it into the dishwasher, and start it. No measuring liquid or powder, no mess to clean up, and safe enough for my kids to use as well. They can grab the pack and pop it in too without me worrying about chemicals getting on their skin or them making a mess. It's the only dish washing soap I use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a huge problem with stuck on food, the kiddos were not very good on making sure the plates got into the dishwasher in a timely manner, but Cascade Platinum made the plates come out of the dishwasher so clean!

We just purchased the new Cascade w/Dawn 90 pack and I can say it is one of the worst cleaners I have ever used. If there is lipstick on a glass it will be there after washing, a coffee ring just smears down looking dingy, I left a little spinich on a plate and it was disolved in micro green spots but smeared down multiple plates. This is all new with the phosphate free stuff. The glasses really have to be hand washed and rinsed to come clean, so then why use a dishwasher. What a disappointment, my father worked for P&G for 20 plus years and now we have to change brands.
