I have used the pods every since they came out. love them and very easy to use my grand children enjoy helping to load the dishes and putting the pods in.Thank you for making life easier.

It had been years since I used one, so I tried a few different brands before I used Cascade Platinum - it's the only dishwasher detergent I will use - love that my dishes come out spotless - and no pre-rinse of dishes is needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought Cascade Complete for the first time and was very disappointed. The pouches will not dissolve unless I leave the dispenser door open. Before I tried following directions. The pouch did not dissolve and the dishes were not clean. Cascade is also more expensive than competitive brands. I will not purchase again.

I have very hard water that leaves a white film on my dishes. I began using Cascade because of the commercial claims. Over just a few washes, my dishes were noticeably clearer. I got used to it... I saw a commercial from Brand X claiming they were better than Cascade, so (silly me) bought it and tried it. In no time at all the horrible white film was back!! I threw it all away and went back to Cascade Pacs. Cascade, I will never stray again!!

I had quit buying Cascade (complete/powder or gel) because of two things: it clumps (either form) in the dispenser, and will not dispense. My dishes are coated with un-rinsed product. AND it doen't matter whether I directly squirt the recommended rinse agent into the bottom of the machine PLUS adding it to its own designated dispenser or not. Something has drastically changed about your dishwashing detergent, and I switched to another brand. The other day, I was forced to purchase Cascade Complete, and DO I REGRET not just driving the extra 5 miles to get the other brand. Your product is a poor excuse for a detergent.

I purchased your sample pack of Cascade Complete action pacs, four to a pack. Now I remember why I stopped using Cascade in the first place. It left residue on my dishes and my pots weren't clean, my plates weren't clean and I practically cleaned them with a thorough rinsing before I put them in the dishwasher. I am so glad I did not invest in a full size bag. It left like a dusty film over my dishes...glasses included. OMG, and my silverware looked like I used them in the garden. I had to handwash all of dishes. I could have saved time by doing that in the first place and would have had my money in my pocket also.

I was impressed with Cascade Complete when it completely got rid of stuck-on egg from my dishes, along with getting all the other dishes clean. Then I used it on a load that included a glass baking dish I had baked meatloaf in. Usually when I wash a meatloaf dish I have to rewash by hand to get rid of everything that did not come off. I was surprised to find that Cascade Complete got rid of everything on that dish and left it completely clean. This is my dishwasher product from now on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only dishwasher detergent I use now. After trying many types I found that the Cascade Platinum works best. I highly recommend it. I have also used the powder which works well but I just love the ease of the pacs and how much cleaner they are.

I have always used Cascade but recently I watched a commercial for another type of dishwashing detergent which claimed to be better than Cascade, so I decided to take a challenge and use this new product and was so disappointed in the other product that I can't wait to go back to using Cascade. The other product claimed to dissolve and it didn't (I had to rewash my load). I will never try another type of dish detergent for my dishwasher, this is the best. Sometimes you have to try other products to realize how great the one you use is. I am just sorry to have wasted money on the other product. Sincerely, A continued Cascade user
