I bought the cascade half gel and half powder detergent pouches and I used a couple and threw the rest of them away....I had to re wash all my dishes twice and there wad still nast stuck on food and residue on them. I used ONE Finish liquid detergent pouch and they came out crystal clear. I am pretty sure the residue had nothing to to with lack of jet dry being I used the Finish and it took all the residue away on the third time trying to get my dishes clean. I will never buy this product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always relied on Dawn dish soap to clean even the worst of messes and love that this combines Dawn and Cascade for a powerful clean that does not require pre-washing the dishes. After all....what is the purpose of a dishwasher if you have to clean them before you use it?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These do a great job at removing food that's been left on dishes for days (roommate) and I hardly ever have to run anything through the dish washer twice. I only wish they were a little cheaper--the small packs are overpriced. I'll buy the largest box of them to make them affordable but it's not ideal in apartments and small houses where storage space is limited.

I used the action pac Cascade with a scent of Gain and found that it leaves the taste and smell of Gain on my dishes, especially the plastic. I returned my unused pac's to the store I bought them from because it doesn't seem healthy to me to be eating food that tastes like Gain. I like other Cascade products, so far.

We have had ZERO issues with all our dishwasher items coming out clean! We very rarely pre-wash anything and to have a productive that continuously does the job better than any product we've used (in over 20 years) says a lot about research and development!

I have very hard water so I have been using 2 Allin1 gels and Rinse Aid. ALL my aluminum pans come out dark. A shiny pan goes in dishwasher and comes out dark. Cascade didn't used to do this Please, what is the problem. How do I then brighten the pans? Stop using Cascade brand? Stop using dishwasher for pans? PLEASE! I have been a Cascade user for many years.

I would recommend them to anyone that has a dishwasher. I have, in the past, used the competition and find Cascade works better than the competition

Although another reviewer mentioned that the product stained their dishwasher, but not their dishes, that wasn't the case with me. I used the orange Citrus Breeze Scent 2-in-1 ActionPacs for several months, and it turned not only the inside of my white dishwasher orange, but all of my white and clear plastic dishes. I didn't have a problem with the blue ActionPacs, but I'm afraid to try them again for fear everything will turn purple! The Cascade products clean well are are easy to use, but I'm staying away from any cleaner with bright colors. It's not worth replacing all of my plastics."

The plumber that installed my new dishwasher told me to always use pods and he was right. I love these Cascade pods. I can put any baked-on, caked-on dish inside and between this and the dishwasher action, I get spotless dishes. It's really good for glass too. I put some old, chalky-looking glasses in the dishwasher when I first got it and they came out crystal clear.

We rinsed off our plates, put them in the dishwater, added Cascade, and the dishes looked great when they were done. I have used since then, and it does a beautiful job. Thank you for a great product!
