OK - You probably don't get many reviews from a guy, but hey, I live alone and still have household chores ... like washing dishes. I suppose like most men, I'm looking to make such chores EASY as possible, but I still expect the BEST RESULTS possible. Sorry to say that recently, I was persuaded by a television commercial to try a competitive brand (no name mentioned). But the results were NOT as good as using Cascade ActionPacs. Before even using my supply of the competitive brand, I purchased more Cascade and threw away the other. Thanks for making my daunting chores more tolerable, and MORE reliable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Cascade for years and it does a great job getting dishes and glassware clean and germ free. It is easy to use and doesn't clog up the drain or dishwasher. IT also doesn't leave any film on the dishes or glassware.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally tried the platinum detergent. Dishes were noticeably cleaner - especially the ones with the 'hard to clean' food debris. It deserves the title of number one recommended brand in North America! The ActionPacs make use simple - just 'drop in' and you are done.

I just tried the Cascade all in one packs, I love them, every other produt I have used so far have left some residue, I thought I would have to always rinse my dishes before I put them away, but then I tried the all in one packets, I haven't had to rinse one dish or plate so far. I'm thrilled.

No shaking bottles to get the last bit out with these packs. Simply add to washer, close up and start. Simple as that!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Cascade for several years in my dishwasher, and have tried other brands (to save money), only to find out my dishes and glasses didn't get as clean. When Cascade complete came out, i tried it and find out not only are my dishes cleaner, there are no spots on my glasses.

I was very disappointed, I had just got a new dishwasher & I punched Cascade all in 1. I read the instructions and put the pouch in the dishwasher . The dishes were not clean when the cycle was done . So I looked at the container that they came in and noticed that some of the pouches were dry no liquid in them . So I went and bought some liquid dish washing soap that would do the job. Not sure that I got a bad batch of pouches or that they just don't clean as well. I did sort out the pouches that were dry with out liquid in them almost 1/2 of the container of 60 were that way. If you have an answer I would love to hear it. Did I just get bad product? They are to have liquid in them right? Please let me know. Maggie

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried a lot of different dish detergents, but this one is definitely the best I've used. I don't have to scrub every little thing off before I load it in, and everything still gets perfectly clean.

I love the gel packs and saw the reviews for this product so I thought it would be a great product. When I used it the first time I noticed my black plates had power detergent on them and the glasses were cloudy. I thought the dishwasher may have been over loaded so I have continued to use it for the past 2 week. With every load I have had to hand wash the bowls and glasses to get the detergent residue. I'm glad I have black plates otherwise I might not notice of the residue. I have a Kenmore dishwasher that's not even a year old and I've never had this problem before with power detergents. Very Disappointed!

The pots band pans sparkle as well as the dishes. This is the best product end the only one that you will ever need to purchase for your dishwasher. Try it I get you want find any better.
