Cascade Platinum Pacs worked wonders on my dirtiest dishes. We gave it the pasta test, and the Platinum Pacs were up to the challenge. Dishes shined, silverware sparkled, and our glasses were spotless! Thanks Cascade for another great product in your lineup!

The other day I bought a package of your all in 1 action pacs to try in my dishwasher. Well, I have to be honest and say that the pacs do not work as advertised. Some of my dishes came out having a white grain film on them; almost like white sand. Those dishes had to be washed a second time. Also, the package says that the pacs remove 24 hour stuck on grease; that is simply not true. I tested the pacs by putting some very dirty dishes into my dishwasher and they came out as dirty as when they went into the dishwasher. My consensus on this product: not worth the money. I will be going back to my store brand dishwasher soap; at least it gets my dishes clean.

I've used other popular dishwasher brands that are phosphate free, but cascade actually WORKS. But what really got me was when the plastic flip top box was empty of the pacs, I realized that the box was completely reusable! I just scrubbed off the label and now I have a perfect see-thru storage box for the garage or my sewing room. Congratulations Cascade for Reducing, Reusing and Recycling!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using Cascade platinum for a while. Love the packs so i don't have to mess with powder/liquid. And it works really well - dishes always come out very clean, even if it goes in with baked on food, etc.

The product does a fine job cleaning, but the scent is so strong that it is absorbed into anything plastic that is washed in the dishwasher including the dishwasher itself. I have a nice stainless travel mug with a plastic closure. I cannot use it anymore as the coffee tastes like soap!!! Really bad, had to dump the coffee.

I love the Cascade Complete All-in-1. I use it whenever my dishes are really dirty. As soon as I use up some liquid and powder dishwashers I am trying to use up (I am the type who can't throw anything out), then I will use the Cascade Complete all the time. I really notice the difference between the Cascade Complete and my other dishwasher cleaners. The Cascade Complete even polishes the bottoms of my copper clad pans!

I bought a Kenmore dishwasher with the hard disposal. The Cascade complete pacs were recommended. when I used this product about the 3rd time, apparently the wapper pac did not disolve and clogged up in the disposal part of my dishwasher. Thank God the dishwasher was still under warrently. I will stick to the gel.

I have no idea whether this product cleans dishes well or not. I bought the pouches with Dawn detergent. It was impossible to separate the pouches. They were stuck together in one big clump. When I tried to pull them apart the liquid went squirting in one direction and the powder just went everywhere. Luckily, I still had some liquid to use. There is no value in a product if you can't use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use the cascade platinum. Our dishes are always clean and with a four generation household doing it right the first time is important. It may cost a little more but I NEVER have to rewash anything. Worth the few extra pennies. Wish the Clorox platinum came in the large size packs. That would be the only thing I would change.
