I am fussy about my dishwasher detergent, and I am completely satisfied and pleased with the ActionPacs. They are ingenious and it prevents messy powder spills. I just want to caution users to ALWAYS make sure the dispenser is competely dry before putting the pac in, especially if you don't start the machine right away. Otherwise, the pac will stick to the dispenser and not fall out properly.

The dishwasher gets load, the delay start set and it never fails, one of the little people pushes a button and the delay start is canceled and the dishes sit waiting for someone to realize they never got clean. We start the dishwasher up and anything that has dried on comes right off.

I have been using Cascade Complete Pacs for a couple of months and now I no longer used them because they do cause problems with the dish washer. My dishwasher was leaking water and I called a small appliance repair person and he showed me where unused Cascade Complete Pacs was drying up and causing a billup of drier power around my dish washer door and over time it get hard and the door does not close as tight as it should. This product's powder lands near the bottom of the door and drys up and get hard.

Wow! I am sorry that I bought the 85 pack bucket of Cascade action pacs with Dawn. I've used the Cascade Complete Pacs with pretty decent results and thought their other products would be comparable. I was wrong. This product left the dishes feeling kind of grimy and now, many of my Oxo plastic kitchen tools might be ruined. They are completely coated in a thick, white, crusty film. Thanks, now I have to throw away about $9.00 worth of unused packs, but I'm happily switching back to the Finish Quantum with Powerball. Sincerely, Totally Unsatisfied

I bought a small package and that night I had to do dishes. Normally I would have to used a couple of different products to get my dishes clean and with no residue, but I was amazed that just one pack of your brand took care of what my couple products did to my dishes! Since then I've never looked back and won't buy any other brand...thank to you.

I will never use another brand. I buy them in bulk since I use my dishwasher every day. Don't bother trying to save money elsewhere. This is truly the best.

My dishes are clean, silverware sparkle and the best feature is, I don't have to pre-wash my dishes. My dishes, silverware and pots and pans are just cleaner. Makes my life so much easier and time to do other things.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I didn't buy into the hype of buying single-serve dish soap packs, thinking it would be a frivolous higher price per unit, but I have found that it is worth it. Previously I have always done dishes resulting with residue, soap scum, or food bits left on dishes and in the year that I have been using Cascade Action Pacs I haven't had that problem. You don't really think about the good results on a regular basis but you do when you realize you haven't had to rewash dishes in a really long time.

I have a 7mo. old daughter who has just begun to crawl. I have suddenly become much more aware of what ends up on my floors, as she is able to get into everything now! Your new all-in-one action pacs are IDEAL for our family as I no longer have to worry about rouge detergent powder/gel getting onto the kitchen floor (where she inevitably ends up every day when I make dinner). Thank you for developing a product that will keep my baby safe from harmful chemicals.
