[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Platinum brand is my dishwashing detergent brand of choice. I have used the others, but I like the "pods" as I do in my laundry. I am a fan of P&G products from toilet paper to dish detergent if I hand wash dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from using the powder, to the gel, and now the gel & powder in one. I definitely see better results from the gel & powder in one, although; I usually have powder residue in the cups and bowls. I am debating on trying the Cascade Platinum.

The packs do not open up and dissolve in my dishwasher. I have used the packs for over a year now from cascade and have not had a problem until I bought the All in One Action packs. Maybe it is just a bad bag, but please advise if anyone else has this problem. Thanks

I have used the cascade gel packs for years and love them. I did however try the new scent...New Zealand. It smelled great in the kitchen while it was running but when done my dishes smelled strongly of the scent and the cups, etc tasted from it. I do not recommend the New Zealand scent.

I found with the last dishwasher that the platinum product worked the best. Overall, all of the products cleaned but after speaking with customer service and explaining the white residue left on our glassware, they recommended the platinum packets and the issue was resolved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that these are just open the package and put in the dishwasher. One less step to worry about than opening up individual packets. They really do a good job cleaning the dishes in the washer. I had plates full of spaghetti stains and all were clean! My glasses are where I can tell it really works, no soap residue.

Unfortunately, I bought a bag of 40 of these wretched tablets. I used another brand of tablet that worked okay, but these don't. I run the dishwasher full cycle, and when I open the machine, I can see the tablet, stuck to the little compartment, slightly damp, but completely intact. This has happened at least a dozen times. Not only am I not going to buy these again, but if I can't find someone else who can use them, I'm just going to pitch the rest of the package.

I had great difficulty opening the container of Action Pacs! I found no instructions and knew I had to be able to seal it tightly later. I had to be very careful to get it open without injuring my fingers! Am I missing something? I don't like having to communicate this way. I simply responded to your email and received no response! I can't find the info about using vinegar to, hopefully, repair the etching on my glasses. Please repeat them Thanks. You ask us to contact you directly, but I don't see an email! Please provide! just read the article in NYTimes re: low phosphate detergents. I must disagree with all the negative comments. the new low phosphate Cascade does a much better job than previous products we tried. We have a rather pathetic dishwasher (Bosch 18" wide compact) that has a tough time getting anything clean. The new LP Cascade is the first product we tried that does a decent job cleaning most anything we put in the machine. the fact that it is better for the environment is, of course, an added benefit. We are glad to see that new environmental rules are spurring innovation. Keep up the good work PG! lastchancebill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have found that Cascade Complete is the best dishwasher detergent I have used. It gets the dishes clean in one washing without all the pre-rinsing that I have to do with other products. Cascade may cost a little more than others but it makes up for the difference in cleaning power.
