[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a single person, I don't run my dishwasher very often, so it has to work harder than it would for people who run it every day. Items can sit in the washer for several days (or more!). That was a problem, leaving food stuck on utensils etc, until I discovered Cascade Platinum Actionpacs. They clean just about everything off, with a minimum of pre-rinsing, I'd definitely recommend these!

I had an older pkg of a competitor that I decided I had to use to just get it out of the cupboard. It didn't properly dissolve and left a gray cast on the dishes. Cascade came to the rescue. Grabbed an equally old package - no issues. Sparkling clean dishes, fully dissolved detergent, fresh looking dishwasher! Cascade complete did a beautiful job!

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher about 2 years ago. It recommended I use Finish products. I did not like the way they cleaned. I started using Cascade pacs and I now use the Platinum pacs. I love they way everything is clean and sparkling and even the inside of my dishwasher is sparkling. I will never use anything else.

That is not the case with Cascade Platinum Pacs, they always perform and deliver cleaner dishes, pans and especially glasses (shiny and new looking). I never have to check for scraps or grease left on plates and pans.

I'm not always the best about rinsing dishes and each time I load I leave my dishwasher a challenge in cleaning the dishes. WOW!!!! This is an amazing product. I was skeptical after having many of my dishes ruined and coated by other products. I love, love, love Cascade with Dawn. My glasses look brand new! One wash and it took all the streaks out and my dishes look beautiful and new. So easy to use. Just put it in. No mess. No fuss. Love this product. Will not use anything else ever again!

I love how easy they are to use. My husband used to always put those other pods that come wrapped right in without taking the plastic off, Now..he is really able to help load the dishwasher and the dishes get cleaned...the first time

I also had the issue with the dishes overwhelminly tasted and smelled like the soap ruined some pretzyls too. Too strong and scent for plastic dishes. I went back to my cascade complete pacs cascade is the only thing that works in dishwasher. My definatley would not buy referes to the new scented items not regualar cascade

I have a brand new dishwasher and really like the idea of the paks...unfortunately they dont always break, so i have to rewash my dishes with a new pak. This happens at least once a week. I am recently unemployed and dont appreciate having to use 2-3 paks for one load of dishes. i will NOT be buying this product again. I know its not the dishwasher because, like I said...its brand new, so the pouches just dont break. Sometimes when they do break, not all the cleaner comes out of the pack, so i have to dig to the bottom of the dishwasher and pull out the unbroken or partially broken pak. For the price of the paks...this is NOT ok.
