I used the old cascade packs faithfully for years and LOVED them! But these new 3-in-1 packs do not seem to dissolve and rinse properly and leave a salty taste on my dishes. I find that I have to re-rinse all my dishes! What a disappointment and waste of time and water!

A packed load comes out perfect every time. No need to rewash dishes or utensils after the cycle is complete. Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an older model dishwasher, & I tried everything. Finally I tried Cascade Platinum Action Packs. My dishes didn't come clean with other brands, but after using the Platinum Packs they come out nice and clean and save me so much time and effort. I'll never use anything else again.

My wife and are long time user of Cascade brand products and have always been happy in the past. However, after purchasing two different bags of the Action Pacs we are extremely dissatisfied. Through out the first bag, on multiple occasions, the Pacs did not open resulting in having to wash the loads two or more times. Even when pre-cutting the packages they did not work every time. And, now with our second bag of the product in a different scent, ( New Zealand Spring Scent), two uses in and it is even worse. The first package did not open on the first wash, so I tried it again as is. Then my wife cut it open and tried a third time and it still did not work. SO that load of dishes is being 'washed' for the fourth time in 24 hours. I pre-cut a completely new pac in hopes that it just might work this time. We gave the company the benefit of doubt that possibly the first package had been exposed to too much moisture before hand. However, the second package is starting out even worse immediately upon opening. This is the worst Proctor and Gamble product I have ever used.

Cascade Complete does a better job than anything else onthe market. I'll give it that. But the claim that there is "no need to prewash" is not entirely true. It washes pretty well, but there is still stuck on food that I have to end up boiling off, scraping off, and rewashing in the dishwasher. So, I give it a pretty good, but could be better. Sorry.

I have been using this for a long time and it never let me down. This product is very good and its smell is nice too. All of my dishes, bowls, cups, glasses… are clean. The price is reasonable and I bought this when it was on sale. I would like to recommend this product, you will like it.

Like the product just not the plastic container. The lid does not stay shut, no matter how many boxes a person buys. I know it is the responsibility of parents to keep cleaners away from children - we do with childproof locks but the lids will not stay closed on the boxes and provide easy access to the gel paks.

I bought the huge 115pc container of cascade tablets with half liquid and half dry soap, they worked great for the first half of the container until they all dried out and would not disolve in the dishwasher. They left grim and soap particles on all my dishes which is toxic to my health and my families. I wasted water by having to rewash them with different dishwasher detergent. This is an inconvienence and irritating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always used Cascade. I stared with powder, then the gel, and now I use the little packs. I love the Cascade complete and notice a big difference between the normal Cascade and the complete. We have well water and even though we have a water softener, and I use the rinse aid, I would often times get spots on my dishes. Not so with Cascade Complete.

These pacs of platinum Cascade cleans my dishes better than the other Cascade products. They are usually grease free, shining and squeaky clean. Don't have to worry about rewashing my dishes when I use Cascade Platinum Pacs.
