[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do a lot of home cooking and baking and need a product that will get my dishes, pots, and pans clean every time. Baked on, burned on foods don't have a chance with Cascade Platinum ActionPacs! I have quit trying other products because I can't find anything that can match/beat.

I find that I still have to scrape most food stuff off my dishes, but that may be because my washer is almost 9 years old! I do find that my glasses are spot free and my silverware doesn't have that film on it like other detergents leave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Husband is OCD I swear, if I brought home anything else but Cascade Platinum he would be crazy until I got the right one, once I did that and he threw the other brand in the garbage! LOL this brand, cleans dirty pans as well as leaving glasses sparkling! I will never use anything else again! Great job on this product, I can always count on opening the dishwasher and having clean, sanitized and like new dishes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a dishwasher person, but one day I decided to use the dishwasher and just happened to have some cascade that was given to me. I truly was pleased with the outcome. It took off some of the hard grime that was left on the plates. Great stuff!

Will not make the same mistake twice. I bought Finish the other day and I could not wait for the gel paks to be gone. Had 2 use 2 paks and the dishes still did not come out clean. When I used the 1st Cascade gel pak again after the Finish gel paks, I could not believe how clean my dishes got. Thank you Cascade!

This products is TERRIBLE! I have used Cascade for 15 years and the new forjmula is AWFUL. My plastic wear almost always has a chalky film on it and we do NOT have hard water. I spoke to someone at Cascade on the phone and they INSISTED it was becuase I had hard water. I told them I did not think so, we never have hard water before, and I know what it looks like as I grew up with hard water. I checked and we do NOT have hard water. This is just a lousy product - DO NOT wash plastics in it - you just have to re-wash everything. What a pain. I have used Cascade for years and will now have to go out and find a new brand.

I used the old cascade packs faithfully for years and LOVED them! But these new 3-in-1 packs do not seem to dissolve and rinse properly and leave a salty taste on my dishes. I find that I have to re-rinse all my dishes! What a disappointment and waste of time and water!

A packed load comes out perfect every time. No need to rewash dishes or utensils after the cycle is complete. Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an older model dishwasher, & I tried everything. Finally I tried Cascade Platinum Action Packs. My dishes didn't come clean with other brands, but after using the Platinum Packs they come out nice and clean and save me so much time and effort. I'll never use anything else again.

My wife and are long time user of Cascade brand products and have always been happy in the past. However, after purchasing two different bags of the Action Pacs we are extremely dissatisfied. Through out the first bag, on multiple occasions, the Pacs did not open resulting in having to wash the loads two or more times. Even when pre-cutting the packages they did not work every time. And, now with our second bag of the product in a different scent, ( New Zealand Spring Scent), two uses in and it is even worse. The first package did not open on the first wash, so I tried it again as is. Then my wife cut it open and tried a third time and it still did not work. SO that load of dishes is being 'washed' for the fourth time in 24 hours. I pre-cut a completely new pac in hopes that it just might work this time. We gave the company the benefit of doubt that possibly the first package had been exposed to too much moisture before hand. However, the second package is starting out even worse immediately upon opening. This is the worst Proctor and Gamble product I have ever used.
