I have used these paks from day one and advise anyone that has not to use them. They get the work done. Especially on pots and pans, casserole dishs. I sent my husband to the store for some and he brought back the wrong package. I was ever so mad. I tried to make him understand that the complete works like the commerical with the drill. I f he wants clean dishs he better buy cascade complete.

No granules left on the dishes, simply clean and shiney and no residue on the glasses and what's better your glasses are not pitted. Cascade has always been the best and I have tried them all over and over as my husband brought home all the Sales of the day. Finally just one product. It can't get better than this and I have two dishwashers.

It doesn't matter if it is crusty pans or fine china & glassware. It gets my dishes every clean. I will for sure keep buying this product & I highly recommend it!

Baked on, burned on foods don't have a chance with Cascade Platinum ActionPacs! I have quit trying other products because I can't find anything that can match/beat.

I find that I still have to scrape most food stuff off my dishes, but that may be because my washer is almost 9 years old! I do find that my glasses are spot free and my silverware doesn't have that film on it like other detergents leave.

LOL this brand, cleans dirty pans as well as leaving glasses sparkling! I will never use anything else again! Great job on this product, I can always count on opening the dishwasher and having clean, sanitized and like new dishes!

I truly was pleased with the outcome. It took off some of the hard grime that was left on the plates. Great stuff!

Will not make the same mistake twice. I bought Finish the other day and I could not wait for the gel paks to be gone. Had 2 use 2 paks and the dishes still did not come out clean. When I used the 1st Cascade gel pak again after the Finish gel paks, I could not believe how clean my dishes got. Thank you Cascade!

This products is TERRIBLE! I have used Cascade for 15 years and the new forjmula is AWFUL. My plastic wear almost always has a chalky film on it and we do NOT have hard water. I spoke to someone at Cascade on the phone and they INSISTED it was becuase I had hard water. I told them I did not think so, we never have hard water before, and I know what it looks like as I grew up with hard water. I checked and we do NOT have hard water. This is just a lousy product - DO NOT wash plastics in it - you just have to re-wash everything. What a pain. I have used Cascade for years and will now have to go out and find a new brand.
