[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade Platinum Action Pacs are very easy to use. The dishes come out very clean. There is no need to pre-wash the dishes, although I do rinse and take off large pieces of food. I have tried other brands but always come back to Cascade My glasses sparkle and shine!

I have used Cascade products for 25+yrs. Thought I would give the new Complete a try. Terrible!! The packet that the soap is in doesn't disslove, clumps of soap remain in dispenser and I wash dishes by hand. So this morning I am off to the store to purchase a different product.

I happily use the Cascade w/Dawn Action Pacs, however, now I can only purchase them at the grocery store in 20 pac bags or 40+ plastic containers. My questions are: Is the plastic bag-type container a 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7... recyclable? If I could recycle them I would be very happy. Why aren't 36- or 48-pac bags available in my town?

I have used the Cascade Complete All-in-One ActionPacs for about one year now. I love them no more messing with the container. Just pop the ActionPac in the compartment and let it go. It does not leave a residue in the compartment when dishes are done. I really enjoy the scents that it comes in. You don't have to get stuck with the boring smell. They offer different scents. Keep up the good work!!!

I lost power for 8 days as a result of Hurricane Sandy, My dishes sat if the dishwasher all that time and yet one A ctionpac left them SPOTLESS!!!! Even cleaned the silverware, which I usually have to re-wash. Thank you for a great product! Oh, and I work in a grocery store, so whenever I see a customer buy Cascade Actionpacs and if a customer asks me if they are any good, I highly recommend them.

this product left our dishes and glass wear with a film that has to be washed off by hand. we thought there was something wrong with our dishwasher but after having it checked and using some old cascade it is determined that it is the new product we have bought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade Platinum Pacs do an outstanding job of not only cleaning my family's dishes but it also leaves our glasses crystal clear-which is no easy task since our water is super hard! Plus we don't do any rinsing, why wash twice? We scrape, load and then start the washer right before bedtime. Even the breakfast dishes that have hung out in the washer all day come out nice and clean. I'm so glad we made the switch to Cascade Platinum.

I bought Cascade ActionPacs for the convenience of just dropping the pac into my dishwasher and turning it on. I've used other Cascade products in the past and have always been happy with the results. However, these ActionPacs are awful! They constantly stick in the dishwasher detergent dispenser, and, therefore, I'm wasting TONS of hot water on my dishes without the benefit of being washed. I've tried several times, but more often than not the ActionPacs continue to stick in the dispenser. THE ULTIMATE FAIL!

I have always been a Cascade user. However, is the best product ever. My hubby even to told me to write a review. He could not get over how clean the dishes got. He never notices stuff like this. This will replace my gel. I can now let my kids load the dishwasher. I known my dishes will come out clean and shiny!
