[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in an apartment and was concerned about how well my dishwasher would perform. My daughter recommended this product and I tried it. I will be using it from now on. I was happy to see my glasses, dishes and cookware come out clean, shining. I will recommend this product to anyone.

We have always been pleased with Cascade products until we tried "Cascade Complete". Since using this product for the first time we have found that our glassware comes through the wash with a film on it. We need to wash the water glasses again by hand before using them for visitors. This has never happened with other Cascade dishwasher cleaners. Is there some reason for this? Did we just buy a product that had a problem in manufacturing? The UPC code on the product is: 37000 33840 We are very disappointed with the product

I've always bought the cheapest cleaning products available. With my off brand dishwashing product I was prewashing all of my dishes and they still came out with a dirty looking film. If someone put a dish that hadn't been prewashed in the dishwasher it came out with caked-on food. I thought I needed a new dishwasher since mine was about 18 years old. Then one day I ran out of detergent and borrowed a Cascade packet from my neighbor. I was very surprised to see that my dishes were completely clean. I bought Cascade packets and I've had completely clean dishes since! I stopped prewashing and I didn't have to buy a new dishwasher!!! I will never buy anything but Cascade!

I have been a long time user of Cascade but I will never purchase or use your products ever again. I hate your new formula. In reading all the other reviews concerning your new formula it's pretty obvious no one is happy with them. All my plastics come out with a thick white film that is impossible to remove. I seriously spent 45 minutes last night scrubbing one peice. Do you have any idea how much extra water and liquid dish soap I had to use to remove it? It was a lot and I can't imagine that is very "eco friendly". Way to fail on your "new" product.

I was perfectly satisfied with the performance of this product until my sink leaked into the cabinet. Because I had not fully sealed the bag, all the packets became wet and unusable. (I cleaned my oven with the goo which worked wonderfully) Another time, my hands were wet and I caused several 'pillows' to stick together...I would prefer a refillable waterproof package that does not depend upon a zip. Refills could be packaged cost effectively and the initial purchase of the better quality waterproof packaged product would have it's own place under the sink which would encourage more purchases each month. Fix the packaging, I'll certainly buy it again.

I have used Cascade in my dishwasher for over 25 years. However, recently (the last 6 months) it has not worked well. I have cleaned the dishwasher with various products and vinegar....but to no avail. My glasses and plates have a powdery residue on them. I have used jet dry and not used jet dry but it doesn't seem to make a difference. Finally, I have bought a different brand of dishwashwer cleaner and my glasses are shiney again. You cannot find Cascade without Dawn and it seemed that this is when this problem began. I wish proctor and gamble had let a good thing alone as it worked great. Now i have been forced to change products after many many years.

This is good stuff! I thoroughly enjoyed using it because of the successful clensing that I recieved from the use. I am using cleaner, clearer and more vibriant dishes that only enhance my eating experience. Thank you so much for this product and the avalibility of purchase and use. I will only say this once and forever leave it alone, this product is for everyone with a dishwasher. It is an established product and nothing else need be said.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used Cascade even before these great little pacs. But my dishwasher is now 19 years old and my dishes still come out sparkling clean. I don't think anything will ever make me change to another product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is usually the one that loads and runs the dishwasher. He won't use any other dishwasher pacs beside the Cascade Platinum Pacs. He makes sure we never run out and keeps a supply on hand. If he is buying more and the store is out he will go to another store or wait until it is back in stock!! Please don't stop making these!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I highly recommend this Cascade I love how it clean dishes, but is gentle to my good china. I just wished it wasn't so expensive. It is higher than the other brands so I only use this product on my good china after a holiday or family gathering. It makes my crystal glasses shine with no water spots.
