For a short time I couldn't find this product and was starting to panic! I live in Las Vegas, NV and our water is really HARD. I do not get that nasty film on my dishes washed with Cascade with Bleach. PLEASE don't stop making this product. I have a new LG dishwasher and only Cascade with Bleach works great in it. I don't have to pre-wash and I'm very satisfied with its performance. Thanks

Sense I started useing cascade complete our water bill has gone out of sight! I find myself going around the house just trying to find things I can put in the dishwasher everything comes out so clean and the house smells sooo good when the dishwasher is running. I was doing pretty good till my husband caught me fixin to put his smelly old tennis shoes in there, he said enough is enough! Love your product. Thanks from a Tennessee Girl!!:)

Prior to using this producut, Iconsidered replacing my dishwasher, as I was un-happy with the results I was getting. I live alone, and do not run the dishwaher every day, I wait until it is full. I was usng Cascade Powder at that time. Once I started using Cascade Complete, I was delighted with how clean the dishes as well as the silverware, turned out! At this time I will not be replaceing my dishwasher. Thanks for producing such a wonderful product.

The product has a very pleasant scent and I've never been disappointed with the cleaning results. I keep a tubful at my house at all times. Sure wouldn't want to run out.

The new box for Cascade with Dawn is one of the most frustrating boxes I have ever purchased. The Easy Carry Handle which is noted by pointing arrows on the top broke immediately when I picked it up. The Easy Pour Spout pushed itself into the box and I had to try to pull it out. Now the spout is useless to me. Don't know what happened to the vibrant green on the box. Now it's a washed out green. Can't quite identify which color green this is. The product itself hasn't changed and still does a great job. It's time to go back to the board and re-create some of the mistakes that have been made in the new packaging process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have tried using other brands and we have to do at least 2 cycles or more to get the dishes clean. With the Cascade Platinum we can get the dishes done with just one cycle which is great as I'm a mom of two and I'm at the hockey rink 3 to 4 times a week so don't have the time for the multiple cycles.

I have called in the past I was told to just throw them in which mostly worked still sometimes still have issues with it but not as much. And kinda aggravated that only ur product can't be used as label directed.

I had a coupon from Costco last month so I got two large boxes of Cascade All-In-One Action Packs; What a great product! We have always been a Cascade family, with six kids the dishwasher runs several hours a day. The liquid was fine but a little messy and we didn't know how much was enough, so we switched to the tablets which were handy but each tablet came in a little package so sometimes the kids did not mess with opening it and just left the dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Now with the All-In-One Action Packs we lift the hinged lid on the box, take one Pack and put it in the compartment, secure the door and turn on the dishwasher. It does a wonderful job on even dried up cheese and pasta sauce on plastic containers. It makes dish washing so easy the kids have stopped complaining about their turn to load the dishes!
