I just want to let you know that I have tried the All in One Pacs that was phosphate free 2 times it did not work so I bought the Complete Powder Soap also phosphate free and both were just awful. I have very hard water and I do not rinse my dishes and never have. The dishes came out with this white film on all of my dishes I could not get it off with regular hand washing so I had to use lime a way to remove the film. I took the product back and searched for the Phosphate All in 1 Cascade. I finally found it but it is getting hard to find in our area because some counties are banning all phosphate products. I love your phosphate products because they clean so well and the dishes come out of the dishwasher very shinny and clean. Bottom line I don't know how much longer I can find the phosphate dishwashing products so I am pleading with you to do more research on your phosphate free products!!! This is just not my opinion but several people in my area and in Spokane. My step mother has soft water and says the phosphate free is awful on her dishes too. Thanks for listening Discouraged

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CASCADE TO ANYONE.I had 20 guest in my home from a wedding,was embarassed with glasses,dishes ,pans and silverware, all covered with white film.Called service man, was not my dishwasher.called number for cascade, was not satisfied with excuses he gave me. I'll find another brand to use. Will not buy cascade products now or in the future.

I was very skeptical about spending the extra money, but found these on sale and thought I would try them. I was very impressed from the beginning. They make the kitchen smell good when washing, which is more than I can say for the cheaper brands I have used. But the ultimate test was when I placed a glass casserole dish, not rinsed, with spaghetti sauce, cheese and pasta baked right in it, into the dishwasher without pre-rinsing. I also put 6 large plates with the same remnants in there along with all the other things after dinner. They all came out sparkling clean, and spot-free, along with my drinking glasses and flatware. There was also a 13x9 baking pan with cake crumbs and frosting still in it and they all were perfect! I would never have believed it had I not done it myself. Im sold. It will be worth the extra money, although I will continue to look for coupons and sales, of course.

I've used Cascade for decades. But since the reformulation of the dishwashing detergent, it has continued to clump up and won't complete release from the detergent holder. It seems to be more compact and solidifies instead of dissolving in the water. So, upon completion of the cycle, the detergent is still sitting in the dispenser like concrete.

i just switched from finish to cascade action pacs. using finish i always had whitish depoits, using your product i'm amazed at how clean and shiny everything came out. i thought i was going to have to get a water softener, instead i'll just keep using cascade. i used new zealand springs scent. my dishes did not come out smelling like anything, which i am glad about because i would rather smell the food on my plates instead of the detergent used. thanks for a great product b

Overall - pleased with the cleaning ability and ease, but frustrated that sometimes the gel pacs do not open or the plastic gets "stuck" in the soap dispenser and requires additional washes with a new pac. On my third wash now...feels like a waste of water but want the peace of mind in knowing the dishes are clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We do a lot of cooking at our house. Therefore, we run the dishwasher just about every day. We are in agreement that Cascade complete pacs are the way to go. No need for any other products. And no spills either.

I used to use various formulas of another popular brand of dish packs. I haven't been too impressed with their performance lately, and I saw these were on sale and had excellent reviews. I am so glad I decided to give them a try! These are the best dish packs I've ever used. Not only do my dishes look cleaner, shinier, and seem to dry better, my dishwasher smells better than ever with the fresh scent!

I had used Cascade Complete before in a different dishwasher, and I really liked the product. However, when I bought the dishwasher I have now, it came with a Finish product. It said that it recommended Finish for my dishwasher. I used Finish for a long time, and I thought I would try the Cascade gel packs. I should have NEVER tried it! It left my dishes etched, white, and completely ruined them. I have tried rinsing them in vinegar, and the white will go away for the moment. However, my dishwasher has not cleaned dishes as well as it used to before I used the Cascade packs. I am now looking into replacing my dishwasher, buying new plates, and so forth. Even after switching back to Finish, my dishwasher still leaves white residue on my dishes which it did not do before using this product. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT!

I always used cascade, But when I tried cascade all in one, I was so pleased with the outcome. I really don't worry if my dishes are clean or not. And the way it smells when I open my dishwasher very fresh and clean. I love this stuff and I wont use anything else.
