[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Cascade! No standing at the sink wasting water with pre-washing dishes or pots and pans! Seconds to add Cascade to the dishwasher, start and go! A Pleasant fresh scent fills the air and the dishes are sparkling clean when I open the door! No worries about stuck on foods, streaks or added hand-washing time! Well worth the price over bargain brands that definitely not a bargain.

We have use the cascade packs for 4-5 years and the last few boxes have not rinsed well at all. I first noticed this on my baby's bottles. After washing they all smelled of the cascade detergent and have been running a second rinse cycle to ensure that there are no traces of residue leftover. Even if dishwasher is run on sanitize(high heat) the packes still do not rinse 100% all the time. Terribl product. I understand that there may be some changes in formulation due to recent legislation banning phosphates in certain states, however it is still very surpising that Cascade would push a clearly inferior product.

I recently purchased Cascade, Mediterranian Lavender scent. I purchased it for a few reasons. First, it is a phosphate free dish detergent. Second, the scent of lavender is very relaxing and I really enjoy it. Your dishwasher detergent does a great job. I have very clean, spot free dishes. However, the lavender scent is clearly artificial. It is not unpleasant, but not what true lavender smells like. And my biggest issue is that my plastic ware that has been washed in this detergent is now making my food taste like your artificial lavender. I steamed broccoli in the microwave tonight and ate the lavender taste. It was terrible. I will continue to buy Cascade products because they are reasonably priced and work so well. I will not buy the Mediterranain Lavender Scent again. And I would like to see some more environmentally friendly products in your line. Thank you for your time, Julie

Hate the way you have to open the package. The concept is good but I can never open it without a fight. The tabs break or the lid breaks. Please fix the packaging. The product is great. I will continue to buy this product and I will start using pliers to open it if you don't redesign the package.

The ActionPacs make it easy to use and my dishes seem cleaner and the glassware shines. I am so glad I changed.

The first time the packs didn't open after an entire cycle, I wasn't pleased, but used another and it seemed to work fine. The next time I tried to place another package into my standard dishwasher, the Cascade Pack didn't open again. Upon using a second immediately after, again, it didn't open after an entire cycle. These are a complete waste of money and I will never buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Am disappointed with this product. My dishwasher has a sulfur (as in rotten egg) smell since I started using this. The silver plated silverware comes out looking tarnished. Won't be using this again. Never had a problem with the Cascade powder. Lesson learned.

They leave your dishes so clean and shiny and do such an amazing job. I will definitely be purchasing them again and again and highly recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works OK. I really can't say that anything bad. We have really heavy well water and it takes a lot for the dishwasher to work well. Sometimes the results are good and sometimes the dishes have a residue. The dishes look clean, they just have a white residue that doesn't look very good. I tell people to try for themselves.
