I love the Platinum pacs! For months I had been trying to find a way to get rid of the haze on my glasses & crystal. Tried several things & spent lots of time & money with no success. The first time I used the platinum pacs my glasses came out sparkling. I was thrilled!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am amazed how thoroughly clean my dishes are when using this product. My dishwasher washes everything at my house. I never worry about it not being shiny and squeaky clean. I don't scrape or rinse before loading dishwasher. It works super good.

I recently purchased Cascade Complete Limited Edition Fresh Scent Action Packs. They attracted me with their blue and red Dawn swirls. They made all of my dishes reek like their "fresh scent", similar to laundry detergent. I have a brand new dishwasher and ran it on the full cycle, so it's not a matter of not rinsing enough. It's disgusting to drink out of a glass that smells like detergent. I had to re-wash all of my baby bottles in another cycle because they smelled so strong. I would not recommend Cascade Complete "fresh Scent". I will be throwing the rest of my bag away. What a waste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I admit I've strayed, and used some other brand. But never again! My husband never rinses out his coffee cups and there's always a ring around them. Cascade Complete is the only product that I've found to defeat the ring :)

I have tried just about every dish washing product on the market and never really found anything that worked as good as I had wanted it to until I tried Cascade Platinum Pacs. I will never again go to using any other product, these are absolutely amazing!! I will definitely recommend these to all of my friends and family! Thank you for producing this product!

We recently moved and no longer have a dishwasher but in previous Home cascade was the only product I would buy for the dishwasher, it worked much better than any other products I tried. The value for the price was the best deal I ever found as well!

Bought Cascade Complete gave it a try. Used it multilpe times trying to be fair. Followed instructions on the package on how to use it. The results were the same. The Cascade Complete did not clean the dishes. On one try I used a double dose and another try I washed the dishes a second time. Dishes still not cleaned. The packet stuck in the detergent cup would not drop into the washer even though the cup was dry when the packet was put in each time I put it in the cup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was able to try out Cascade Platinum Action Pacs through BzzAgent from P&G. I was supposed to show how well the pacs worked for me. I made a chicken dinner with my own cream cheese sauce that night. It was delicious and messy. I didn't rinse off my dishes beforehand because it said that it wasn't necessary. I was SHOCKED at how well these action pacs cleaned! It was incredible. EVERYTHING was gone! I noticed that there wasn't any "film" left behind either. My dishes were less cloudy as well. I sanitize my baby bottles in the dish washer. Normally, I have to re-rinse to get residue off. When I used a Cascade platinum action pac, I didn't! They was no residue in any of the bottle parts! I would absolutely recommend these to anyone who has a dishwasher!

I am completely happy with this product. I live in an area where the water is very hard. I've tried all dishwashing detergents, and have even ran the dishwasher more than once and still not get satisfactory results. The All in 1 action packs have spared us from having to buy an expensive water softener system and cleans our dishes in one cycle. Awesome product. It's even maintained my dishwasher from calcium buildup. I'm more than happy to promote this product for it's convenience and quality.
