We started using this & immediately saw improvement. Dishes came out clean. No film or pieces of food remained. Even without rinsing, our dishes came out great. No film on glasses and drink ware either. We're sold. This is all we will use unless Cascade makes a newer, better one

I used the old cascade packs faithfully for years and LOVED them! But these new 3-in-1 packs do not seem to dissolve and rinse properly and leave a salty taste on my dishes. I find that I have to re-rinse all my dishes! What a disappointment and waste of time and water!

Thought I'd give these a try. We have hard water here in New Jersey. Was emptying the dishwasher this morning and thought, "Wow, the dishes look great!" Then remembered I'd used the Cascade Complete Gel Pack last night. Thanks, Cascade. These really work.

The little bit more that I spent was completely worth it! I've never had my dishes *sparkle*! I have a new level of expectations for my dish washing detergent now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had tried targets up, but it hadn't really cleaned the dishes without ore washing before I put the dishes in the washer. I had bought tide detergent and it had a trial Pack of cascade on the container. I accidentally grabbed a cascade pod rather than the target brand. My dishes were cleaned thoroughly without a prewash. I was sold from that point on. I'll never use another brand!

I love the Cascade complete and notice a big difference between the normal Cascade and the complete. We have well water and even though we have a water softener, and I use the rinse aid, I would often times get spots on my dishes. Not so with Cascade Complete.

CRYSTALS - solid in bottle. I spend good money on this product and had planned on always using it, but this is my second bottle that has crystals in it. It is useless. I can not afford to continue buying this product just hoping that it will be okay. I am needing to run my dishwasher right now and can not. NOT HAPPY!!!

I bought this thinking it would help me extend the life of my older dishwasher. But it was worse. After each washing, I wound up handwashing most dishes, because the food was now dried on. I tried the whole bag, with full loads or with just a few dishes. Did not matter. Still had to handwash most stuff. Not a helper at all.
